Inspected Fresh Food section evaporator and underneath drawers and found no signs of water. Checked ice maker room and found some frost on ice maker but not enough to indicate leaking water. Inspected Freezer section and found no signs of leaking water or blocked drain. Inspected unit section and found drain pan has small amount of water common with defrost. No sign of drain pan overflow or cracks. Inspected fill tubes on unit and they checked ok. Possible cause could be water line from supply.

"Customer complained unit not cooling. Found unit had almost no frost pattern and compressor was running. Ordering compressor and locking parts. 2xtimeframe , and process tube. Wasnt able to pull unit all the way out to get to compressor due to cabinets being repaired for a dishwasher beside it and cant pull it out. Informed customer she will need to get landlord to pull unit out for when I return and am ordering parts.
