Ran a rinse and spin and checked all functions and found unit would spin right out and ramp right up advised customer unit is working properly advised on loading unit with equal loads if clothes and making sure unit is balanced and not banging wile in a spin. Sr7737563224Spoke with TJFound ice maker not getting water the fill tube was froze up I looked to make sure grommet was in securely and looked for any other ways cold air could be freezing the tube could not find any other places. I put unit into test 19 and turned heater in for 1 minute then went to test 45 fill cycle and the water did make it to the ice maker. So the board is sending power. The inlet water valve is very loud and the water has filter debris in it that also needs to be replaced.
