Hass to come off entire refrigerator. Top section Hass to be completely disassembled. "Complaint cookies came out burnt even after waiting an additional 15 minutes past preheat I replaced door gasket. I suspect issue may have been caused by an airflow issue due to how cookie sheets were being placed in oven as the outside closest to the walls were burnt both cookie sheets were on the top shelf, side-by-side, allowing only about a half an inch of air to pass around cookie sheets on both sides. Advise customer to try and use only one sheet per shelf so air can circulate freely around pans."

"Checked over unit due to customer having issue with heating and cooking items, heated both oven to 350 degrees and found both ovens getting to temp let oven sit and cycle and found unit getting down and kicking back on normally, recalibrated temps for customer to increase heat advised these new oven are not like the old they take about 15 min to pre heat and will take longer to heat up because the elects are hidden now. Stove is now getting to correct temps and work8mg as designed if any issue with temps again customer going to need a second opinion to explain how theses units work"

"Customer complained unit is freezing food in refrigerator, it isnt today but it does. Found freezer at 5? and ref at 47?. It customer had been opening unit recently. Found unit has Manuel baffle to let air from freezer and ref was set to 3 of 4. 4;being coldest setting and 1 being less cold setting. Checked evap and frost pattern is complete . Informed customer how baffle in freezer works and actually showed her when I had part out, shows min setting cuts off more airflow to ref which should cut down on freezing food in refrigerator. Unit doesnt finish preheating on either oven before the ambers start flashing. Move to a different setting and move back after a few minutes per customer on google. Then the unit will finish and bake. The customer also states that oven will not always start when button is pushed and will have to turn selector switch to convection bake and then turn it back and hit start button. At this time Ive preheated the large oven to 350 and small oven to 425 to see if I can get unit to duplicate problem. Fault code F6 E4 and F8 E0 replacing controls they have 5 yr part warranty that expires in December of 2024. 3 controls will be covered.
