"Cx complaint that the units oven temp seems off while baking, food seems to take too long to cook. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cooktop and oven activate fine. I ran a bake cycle to 380 and used my temp probe while the cx analog temp gauge was in the oven. At 380 my temp probe and the oven temp were nearly identical, the analog gauge was off by about 30 degrees. I increased the temp to 400, the temp was still accurate and her gauge read correctly too. I suggested using convection bake for more even cooking. The unit is working as designed."

Tried to hammer bottom of frame and Door is closing on center now but top of door isnt closing in all the way, so the door to the oven is sticking out and not flush with the UI panel. Unit is loosing heat from door since door isnt closing properly. Called techline to inform on situation. Unit is non repairable due to frame damage, techline said to call Jenair, sr#7738503295 -18005366247 - called Jennair Jen air submitted unit to alternate claims. Informed customer someone will call them to update on issue. Unit is non repairable."
