I found suspension rods have failed I also found Gearcase is leaking gear oil. I found wash plate will not come off at all as well. Hi temp 152-130 vent temps light randomly comes on and goes off inside drum screen keeps tuning blue and have to reset often clock goes from 1 hr to 10 mins to done in 15 mins clothing is still soaking wet at end of cycle. I found control is glitching and moisture bar sensor is unresponsive in diagnostics cycle sanded down slightly was able to get it to be more responsive but had to be very wet. "Cx complaint that the unit is not completing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f8e1. I cleared the code and ran a manual valve test, both hot and cold worked fine. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I ran a normal cycle, the unit filled and started washing. However after a few minutes of agitating it stopped completely. The LEDs were still lit but there was no action. It eventually drained and the wash light stayed lit. The unit needs a new control board and actuator to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx and collected the service call fee by CC."

I found heating element was grounding itself out frame unit has dual element checked voltages discovered when heater comes on voltages drop one to 2 V on red to black drop was due to element grounding to frame .
