"Tested unit and found unit making a loud noise when opening and closing door also unit freezing items in lower bin and upper shelf ice maker ice sticking together causing it to not dispense. Checked noise and found coming from damper found damper would open and close each time door is opened, found damper causing issue with cooling, checked damper and found cntrl sending power when opening door and when closing door.
