"Cx complaint that the unit is not drying the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I checked the heater temp before and after the service cycle. The temp was 72degrees before and 168degrees after. The heat activates and works fine. The cx is aware of the importance of rinse aid and will begin using rinse aid to help the drying performance. I explained the effects of a plastic tub in regard to heating performance; how the plastic tub does not insulate heat well resulting in alleged drying issues. The unit is working as designed."

"Unit not cooling. Freezer door will only open partially and is not connected on lower half, was not sealing open over an nch along bottom. Tracks are rusted. Cannot pull bins out, but removed door and can see evap cover is heavily frosted over, evap fan not blowing. It is not ice preventing drawer from opening, is rusted tracks. If cs could get drawer out, we could replace tracks and if leaves unit off evap could defrost, if fan works then could just be sealing issue. Or if fan does not work would need fan and tracks. Explained findings to cs and part prices. Customer will not get fixed.Customer refused payment, saying I did not fully diagnose because I cannot say if fan is working or not. Explained without door functioning enough to access, I cannot verify fan operation or voltage to it, but that is for coming out. Had cs speak with Randy and he said to leave.and note refused to pay.While typing out notes mother has come home and she said she would pay service call.She only had $120, I said that was fine."
