"Cx complaint that the units control is not turning on at all. I inspected the unit t9 confirm the complaint. I found the unit is getting 212v at the terminal block across L1 & L2. However the neutral wire at the terminal block is getting 122v isolated to ground. All three wires at the terminal block are getting 122v. I checked the the power directly to the cord at the outlet. Same thing; L1, L2 & neutral all have have 122v coming in. The outlet needs to be correctly wired first to address any potential issues with the unit."

I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Complaint oven keeps displaying F6 one error code display keeps going blank as well. I found bake relay keeps getting stuck. Even when you hit cancel relay will not turn off. I checked incoming voltage. Incoming voltage is proper and normal. No issues with voltage at this time no issues with elements or thermal cut out fuses. "Customer complained of no to little ice production. Upon arrival checked freezer temps with liquid test thermometer, freezer was at 11?. Set to 0? but customer had opened freezer some, took out back panel and found complete frost pattern on freezer evap. Found compressor fan running, found coils under unit were covered in dust. Cleaned off coils to help cool compressor. Ran service test for icemaker and icemaker fan and freezer fan working. Found E5 in icemaker error codes check in service test 56. Ran test 57 and icemaker went into harvest mode. Icemaker had ice in it and ran fill test 45 and icemaker filled. Due to e5 error issue could be just freezer not getting to proper temp to run icemaker. Or icemaker is bad due to thermostat in icemaker. Quoted icemaker. Informed customer I cleaned coils of icemaker starts working, coils were issue, if not call to pay for icemaker and schedule return call to install icemaker. Customers original issue was icemaker not working along with no cool after. Due to unit having proper frost pattern sealed system is working properly other than dirty coils prior to cleaning. Showed customer how to clean coils if needed in future."

"Customer complained unit is leaning on the left side causing door to not align or shut properly. Went to try to take out out entire frame of unit and found when taking out left side screws another set of screws were in the holes with broken off heads. Cant get unit out of built in frame in cabinet. Informed customer they will need to contact builder to get broken screws removed somehow and either have unit pulled out or able to be pulled out properly sp that I can inspect under and behind frame to see why left side of unit is sagging when drawer is installed. Can move left inner side wall by hand , racks are ok. Issue is with frame."

Complaint washing machine is not washing clothes properly. I found error codes F9e2 f0e3 customer stated she just got done having a technician in her home a week ago and does not want to have drain pump replaced at this time.

"Disassembled washer, removed and replaced gear case, slider, valve and wash plate. Reassembled, ran load calibration. Tested washer, all functions and components operating properly."

Complaint washing machine wont start a cycle displays F5 error. I found only error code in fault. History is Error code f5e2 I cleared error code found lid latch has failed. I replaced lid latch assembly tested operations performed a calibration procedure test 52 no further issues found with washing machine at this time. No additional error codes found either. ; used 1 W10861642 (DOOR LOCK) from stock

"Confirmed issue with turntable motor. Removed and replaced motor and support. Tested, now operating as designed."

"Removed and replaced main control and pressure hose. Ran control calibration. Started quick wash cycle. Allowed washer to fill and begin agitating, all operating correctly. Canceled cycle, washer drained properly. Washer operating as designed."

Tested and tested ran diagnostics. Found F8E1 no water error. Tested dishwasher and found valve operating properly but incoming water line from sink has very low flow and also will not shut off completely. Problem is with valve under sink. Advised customer they would need to contact a plumber and have valve replaced. Dishwasher operating as designed.

"Tested and ran diagnostics. Found long drain error. Inspected wiring to drain pump, no visible breaks or damage to wiring. Ohmed out drain pump, checks good. Tested power output to drain pump on control. No power going to pump. Ordering control and harness. Checked part availability and advised customer that office will call to schedule when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11626074 (Control) and 1 W11643701 (Harness)"
