Complaint that the unit is turning off after 15 seconds. Came into the house to look at the unit. Mentioned to the customer that the office quoted them $129.00 to diagnose the problem and they are aware of it. Customer asked me before doing any diagnostic what would the price range be without looking at the dryer and I mentioned that to be able to find a problem with the unit I first have to open the unit up to verify which component needs serviced and will be quoted for parts and labor and the 129.00 will be waive but if not then the trip fee will be collected. Customer still wanted a quote without looking at the unit. Came into the house but customer didnt want to pay the trip fee so I couldnt verify the problem with that dryer.

Complaint that the units oven is not turning on. Found that the touch pad no responding half of the buttons. Will order parts for a return trip. Arrived and attempted to take microwave down to do repairs. After removing bolts microwave would not drop down and vent through ceiling was moving. Microwave is somehow attached to vent. The fuses and element are in good condition. The unit needs proper voltage from the wall to resolve the issue. The unit is working as designed.

Cx complaint that the is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the lights and fans are good. However to compressor is buzzing and stops with a click. The compressor is very hot to the touch. The unit needs a new compressor to resolve the issue. I tested power from the Orion control to the compressor. The board is receiving power (124v), but is not sending it to the compressor (p15-1,2 &3).
