Complaint F8E4 error code found dishwasher. Drain pump will not turn off. Dishwasher keeps beeping will not start a cycle. I found water in float assembly sudsy water. I found sudden condition inside of dishwasher as well. Also found loose screws all around dishwasher. "Checked over freezer and found unit had started working just the high temp light was on, checked cooling and found evap frosting all the way to the bottom, noticed sides of cabinet on unit hot. Checked compressor and found running hot to the touch, wile in basement noticed the temps down there are super hot from furnace running had to be over 80 degrees advised them the down stairs it to hot for the freezer to run right its over heating the compressor and shutting down there is no cool air flowing in basement. Added a fan they had to help circulate the air advised they will need some circulation down there to help with freezer the unit is working properly just over heating once air is moving better it will stop it from shutting down"
