"Complaints use your interface will not turn on randomly turns itself off in no matter what we do unplug it doesnt matter user interface will never turn back on then come back in a couple days try and use it and it works midway through the cycle, then cut itself off again. I found control board mocks connector where attaches to use your interface is loose. I found that the drum gasket is also loose. Has fallen off drum completely causing issues with the drum to grind on bulkhead. I found loose wiring at junction box behind oven thermal event that occurred in junction box. No additional issues was able to wiggle the wire and get everything to work properly, no error codes and fault history upon booting up unit did get warm and test cycle all elements. customer needs electrician cannot service junction box. Complaint door pops open during dry cycle usually within the first five minutes of cycle. I found hinges were bent.
