"Cx complaint that the unit is not starting cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f6e3 f7e4. I ran a calibration cycle and found the unit would not spin. I looked under the unit and found the rotor screw loose and the magnet separated from the slider. I replaced the slider and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is still making a repetitive clicking noise while spinning. The unit does not make the noise when I spin the drum by hand. The unit needs a new stator, rotor and clutch to resolve the issue. "Complaint, as soon as the unit starts agitating unit shut so forth, have to keep pressing start until wash cycle has completed itself. I found error code f1e1 I also found incoming voltage is 124.2 V AC I found when motor spins during agitation or spin voltage is dropping half a volt control is shutting itself off voltage is going from 124.2 to 123.8 an order in control to fix no wiring issues found. I replaced capacitor suspension was not enough power to motor causing back feed in voltage but did not change unit still turning off tried different outlets no change. Unit will need control to fix. Complaint unit making an abnormal noise very very loud intermittently and it tripped the breaker. I inspected unit for electrical issues for anything grounding to frame inspect and control. No error codes. Everything is working properly. I did find blower wheel was split. Replaced blower wheel. I suspect blower wheel may have been locking up. Motor and Motor may have caused breaker to trip due to it locking up. No additional issues found no heating issues heater is open to ground producing 9.8 ohms of resistance acrost terminals motor resistance within specifications as well. No significant Ericas in diagnostics fault code history other than F2 E1 error code touchscreen is dirty.; used 1 WP697772 (BLOWER WHEEL) from stock

"Complaint F8e1 F6 E4 error codes displaying on user interface user interface is extremely loose. Comes off in your hands if lightly touched falls all the time. I found screws were purposefully removed during install as unit was not installed properly not enough with clearance advising customer to leave breaker turned off to units and apply painters tape to ui and cabnitry as a unit is a safety hazard, as of right now, if a small child or if they were to stick their hands into the wiring, they could be electrocuted or the user interface could fall on a small child and split their head open. Advising customer to tape user interface to cabinetry with painters tape, so it cannot move. "Checked over unit and found freezer not freezing items and fridge holding temp, checked frost pattern and found unit frosted half way not fully causing poor freezing, checked compressor and unit is running but quite felt condenser line and unit is pulling heat. Checked all connections and evaporator for leaking and could not find any die from drier checked drain pan and no die, emptied and recovered Freon unit had a full charge still in it, placed unit into a vaccume to check for leaking and unit held as it should, refilled unit with 5.00 oz 134 a and advised customer to leave ice cubes in freezer and water to make sure unit is freezing advised machine may have a leak in cabinet that is very small if issue is still happening we will have to come and fill unit with nitrogen and pumped done unit to try and find leak. Checked evap after running and unit is frosting up normally and cooling to specs"

Found defrost drain clogged and caused a huge chunk of ice at bottom of freezer and door wont open. Cleared ice and cleared drain tube all checks ok.

This is not a rework. Unit is cooling fine. Customer complaint of no ice. Found broken wire at icemaker harness. Motor will not operate. Unit will need icemaker. Provided estimate to customer for repair. Nanny at the home could only pay for trip fee. Will call back if repair needed.

Both sections not cooling properly. Found no frost pattern. No Freon in system. Set 3way to neutral and pressurized with nitrogen. Heard a leak where the steel line comes through cabinet. Complaint unit not dispensing water fill tube on icemaker is frozen solid will not dispense water out of fill tube. I found complaint true I replaced filter and defrosted fill tube. Complaint takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry a load of blankets or towels. I could not find any problems with the dryer today. All sensors are operating normally vent has a hard 90? bend. I found no error codes and fault. History advised customer to try and attempt smaller loads. Load may be flash drying and causing sensor to turn the dryer off prematurely. Also advise customer to attempt timed dry cycles. No additional issues found. dryer is getting hot with no problems.
