Allowed to complete manual drain then put through diagnostic test which it completed fine. Cx complaint that the unit is having power failures. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The screen had a power loss message when I arrived. I found no error codes. Cx complaint that the unit is not filling with enough water when she washes sheets. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. I suggested to the cx to run bulky items cycles with max water level for the highest water setting for this unit. As well as pressing garments to the bottom giving them a better chance to be fully submerged in the water when it fills. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit shaking aggressively. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed but I did notice heavy vibration. I checked under the unit and found the RF leveling leg came out of place, I corrected the leveling leg position and tested the unit for the cx. A piece of the water valve has separated, the valve needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. Im ordering the part for the return visit.; used 1 W11038689 (VALVE) from stock"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit is decently cooling at the moment with good temps 43/2. I checked the evap and found the RC evap frozen. I tested the fans, both worked. I tested the damper, it had troubles cycling. The unit needs a new RC harness to replace the thermistor. I quoted the cx for the repair and collected the payment in full by CC. "Address is 76, not 78.Cs complaint that unit had been not cooling and making noise. Had recorded noise and sound like fan obstructed. Fan running and unit cooling fine on arrival. Removed evap cover and full frost pattern, a couple sizable blocks of ice on top of evap, sign of previous issue, but all is functioning properly now. Possible door had not been closed and unit frosted over and has now caught back up through defrost cycles. Doors are sealing fine. If reoccurs order control, evap fan and harness."

Complaint Washer machine will get stuck at 26 to 25 minutes on quick wash will spin for over 4 to 5 hours with drain pump running. Drain pump is extremely loud ever since last company was here. I found control board error codes. F1e1 f1e2 f2e1 f3e2 f6e1 f0e3 I am ordering a new control board and user interface based on error codes and fault history. I cleared all error codes. Performed a quick wash cycle. Verified error codes in quick wash reoccurred along with F1 E1. And F2 E1 error codes in fault history after quickwash quickwash would never progress past 25 minutes hung up with no clothes in washing machine. Nothing is rubbing no Gearcase or lower end issues found at this time. ; ordrng 1 W11478526 (Ui) and 1 W11419171 (Control)
