Ran diagnostics and no error codes stored. All functions including high speed spin working. Drum is aligned correctly and shocks arent squeaking and seem ok. Unit was set to fastest spin speed on loads she was using. Called Tech-Line. Informed techline of findings, techline confirmed unit must be being overloaded , misloaded, inform customer to run smaller loads and. Ever wash rugs, or single items. Ran unit with 3 towels got wet then ran drain spin and unit went into high speed spin correctly getting water from clothes. Verified proper operation . Talked to customer about load sizes and not washing rugs. Sr#7737923569."

This refrigerator works on an average temperature cooling will cycle and go from cold to warm that is normal in both zones, customer should only be concerned with cooling if customer is noticing food freezing specifically on door and in a fresh food zone and customers, noticing ice cream is melting and freezer zone customer has not noticed any of those issues occurring customer has not had any icemaker issues either I am ordering filter, housing and cover. no issues with cooling. "Checked over unit due to microwave not venting out and leaving steam on door of unit, ran venting and found air blowing out from the left front of control panel and blowing out of the top left side, checked venting and it is venting out side pulled microwave down and checked vent motor found vent covers not in correct location allowing air to blow inside unit, attached covered properly and unit is venting air outside strongly checked with paper towel and it is holding the paper up against the vents normally. Advised customer unit is venting as designed showed customer inside if unit and the air blows from left side to the back this is how unit was designed and there no fix for it. Customer is unhappy and wants unit replaced due to moisture advised they would need to call customer service and they can help the unit is operating normally and nothing can be done to fix issue its designed this way"

Upon arrival I found animal urine at the front right corner of machine running all the way down to the back door. I wiped up with paper towels (see pics) I ran unit thru a cycle. There are NO LEAKS on this unit. The problem is a pet using the bathroom at laundry doors.
