"Checked over washer and found when customer would set unit to a delicate cycle it would never spin clothes out it would leave them soaked when complete, checked for errors and no codes in unit let machine run threw step 12 of diagnostics and unit went threw properly. Ran a delicate cycle and noticed the spin speed was set to off leaving machine with no spin, adjusted spin speed to max and let the cycle run.
