Checked tub and basket, no damage or evidence of leaks. Ran diagnostics cycle and DLMS calibration. All completed properly. Started washer in normal cycle with water temp set to warm to ensure both valves active, allowed to fill and agitate for several minutes, no leaks from washer. Cancelled cycle, washer began to drain, found water rising in standpipe in wall. Unplugged washer before it overflowed. Had customer watch as machine drained. Continued to unplug and plug in washer not allowing pipe to overflow until machine was fully drained. Advised customer that she would need to have a plumber clean drain so that it flows properly."

I took several pictures of where the tag could possibly have been located also took trim off bottom and nothing was there. Im unable to establish which part will be needed due to no Tag. Im going to advise customer to see if they can locate something with COMPLETE MODEL AND SERIAL NO PARTIALS. At this time we cannot complete the call due to inadequate information regarding the unit.
