Complaint washing machine is very loud. It has been since we first acquired it. I found error codes F0e3 f0e5 codes in history I cleared codes formed a control board diagnostic cycle calibration cycle as well. Could not find any abnormal noises all noises that I am hearing or normal operating normal. Noises clunking is of the unit shifting into gear who is smacking against the drywall as water is draining out of it its all normal banging on the sides when the washing machine is out of balance is normal no belt squeal no abnormal noises heard as of right this minute I did secure drain hose as best as I could and adjusted waterlines as well. No additional issues found with washer machine at this time.

Complaint dryer getting too hot. I did not find any kind of venting restrictions with dryer here today. I replaced operating thermostat as a precaution I suspect based off of customer interaction. Customer was drying already dry clothes on auto dry on this specific model auto dry will automatically go to wrinkle prevent and customer was dry and close on auto before going to bed causing dryer to run on wrinkle prevent all night long.
