I cleared the codes and ran manual tests for the valve, both hot & cold dispensed fine. I then ran a service cycle, I stopped at washing. I ran manual spin and agitate, it just hummed the tub and agitator did not move at all. I checked the slider due to the initial error codes. I found the rotor complete separated on the floor, the rotor screw came loose. I secured the rotor in the correct position and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I collected the service call fee by CC."

"Cs states they have been getting a f34 error. Tested in broil and cooling fan comes right on, blowing well, ran for several minutes then stopped and ran bake set at 350. Also had question about bent drawer cover.Unit preheated fine and let run for about 30 minutes with no issue.F34 is a cooling fan error and being intermittent can be control or fan. Quoted for both plus labor, will need to be pulled out for repair. Save quote and collected for service call"
