"I replaced tub assembly performed a control board calibration procedure tested operations abnormalities are out of balance issues occurring with tub empty. Customers comparing this machine to a direct drive washing machine. She had 20 years ago for over 20 years. Instructed customer she cannot just dump a load into this machine directly from a basket has to sortclothing based on type cotton with cotton synthetic with synthetic customer is extremely unhappy that she cannot use it like her old model that she has to load it a very certain way, or it will go out of balance. Cannot just throw everything in the tub also customer very angry that we will not haul away any of her old parts or damaged parts, customer called Whirlpool was not happy with what they told her either and hung up. No issues found with washing machine advised customer that if we come back and we find it is a loading issue that is causing washing machine to go out of balance she will be charged a diagnostics fee for coming out of $129 plus tax."

Ran another normal wash with speed on fast. Noticed spin speeds were from low to fast on all the cycles she used. Unit washed and ran and clothes were at normal dampness at end. Replaced console. Tested unit in normal wash load with clothes in it. The unit filled as it should the basket rotated bad it should. Customer complained since last visit the unit wasnt spinning as fast I ran it through a whole drain cycle and the clothes were spun out as usual. THIS UNIT IS NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. STANDARD VIBRATION AND GETTING OFF BALANCE AS THEY ALL DO UNTIL WEIGHT IS LESS. took pictures of wall damage i was accused of making behind washer and the black marks in laundry rooms are standard visual. "Checked over unit And found turn table would not turn unit turn table ring cracked causing turn table glass to fall over, checked motor and found metal burnt on back side of unit opened up motor and found wires connecting to motor stuck melted together this stoped the power going to motor. Spliced in butt connections for now and replaced motor tested and unit is now turning. "Ran diagnostics and found F0e5 f0e7 F0e3 ran unit threw a self diagnostics cycle and found unit going threw normally, ran a wash cycle and found machine would only fill for a min then wash, checked valve and unplugged and replugged ran a calibration and a hmi calibration ran wash cycle again and unit now filled properly. Leveled unit to stop from banging advised customer on turning fabric softener on when using also using a deep fill to help with washing. All operations are now working to factory specs"

Replaced thermal fuse and unit is now tumbling and working to specs ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock"
