"Upon arrival found unit making ice. Entered diagnostics, ran test 56, no ice maker error codes. Ran test 57, ice maker cycled, dumped ice and completed correctly. Ran test 45, valve activated and filled correctly. Again checked freezer temperature, running at 4 degrees with freezer set at -3. Customer stated they had a power outage last night. Possibly this could have reset any error codes for ice maker. Customer says another service company replaced compressor approximately a month ago. Pulled refrigerator out, removed back. Found that compressor has been replaced but filter/dryer was not replaced. Checked low side pressure, found it at -10, pressure not correct. Suspect possible partial restriction or contamination due to filter not being replaced. Ordering compressor kit. Checked part availability. Customer traveling next week.
