"I suspect noise is due to hose slap cannot duplicate abnormal noises customer had clothing stuck under agitator could have also caused noise clicking and popping while unit is slowing down from a spin cycle is normal noise drain hose smacking aginst wall is a normal noise as well I called whirlpool while washing a normal load of towels and bedding all noises heard by manufacturer are normal 7738020414 file number. I replaced cam and actuator as a precaution unit still made the same noise as before popping between agitation, going into spin and also spin when slowing down normal noise cannot do anything about also called manufacturer manufacturer stated the same. if we come back for the exact same popping noise, must charge customer 129 diagnostics fee. If no issues are found now. ; used 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT), and 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

Complaint that the unit is not completing any cycle. Found error code LF and F6E1. Cleats out error codes and ran diagnostic cycle and unit tested properly with no issues. Ran a quick cycle twice to verify if it would stop the cycle right after the wash cycle and all ran normal. Mentioned to the customer to run the unit a few times with a small to medium load and if problem arises to call office again and to have the control board replacement. Customer will need to bring down the dryer or let the office know if we can bring in a second tech.

"Got everything off the bottom of Gearcase and took the top apart and finally got agitator off. Once I went to pull the inner basket it was locked up on shaft. I sprayed shaft and inner basket bearing down with super penetrating oil and the 2 would still not come apart. Waited a additional 15 minutes and tried to separate again as the oil had time to set into the gears and bearings. At this point Im rebuilding the whole basket and drive assembly. Customer is upset because of the amount of trips out here. I would not have no way of knowing the agitator was seized up till I got to it. Complaint lights are on in microwave only user interface will not turn on even after turning the breaker off for over 10 minutes oven has no lights at all Had an electrician. Check the oven to make sure it was wired properly it is. I found molex connector attaching to user interface had become loose. Somehow I unplugged and seated connectors. User interface is now working just fine oven and microwave or heating just fine convection oven and microwave is also heating with oven just fine. use your interface has a red light on the back of it that keeps flashing though. use your interface is extremely sluggish and slow to respond as well.
