Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well in the FC. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the compressor and fans are running fine. I noticed heavy ice built up on the outside of the evaporator wall. I removed the ice and ran test 6 for the defrost heater. The heater worked fine. There was no ice built up on the evap. The bottom portion of the door gasket has separated. The heavy ice developed from the door not fully closing due to the gaskets incorrect position. I correctly positioned the gasket and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not drying the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I checked the heater temp before and after the service cycle. The temp was 72degrees before and 168degrees after. The heat activates and works fine. The cx is aware of the importance of rinse aid and will begin using rinse aid to help the drying performance. I explained the effects of a plastic tub in regard to heating performance; how the plastic tub does not insulate heat well resulting in alleged drying issues. The unit is working as designed."
