The hold to start can take awhile to get used to, but is functioning properly.An quick wash cycle and went through fill and into agitate fine. Cancelled and ran drain and spin cycle. Unit drains and spins properly with no unusual noises.No errors in history, ran self test fine with no issues. Basket is centered well, a bit forward, raised legs to level better. suspension tests good. Explained unbalance loads, that the unit will vibrate a lot and with the hanging suspension it can knock into side walls if not balanced. Showed how to pause a cycle if unbalanced and resume after adjusting. Hoses can also make knocking noise when vibrating against wall or unit."

Also said it can take a long time for dispenser to show a drop in level. If used everyday the dispenser would last 30 or more days. Checked dispenser and removed some rinse aid to ensure it was not overfilled. Also cleaned vent tube. Customer uses dishwasher 2 to 3 times per week. Advised her not to overfill rinse aid compartment and to allow at least 30 days or more to gauge use.

SR#7737900199 (TJ) found fault code F2 E1 stuck button gonna order new UI the dryer is cutting off about 10 minutes into the cycle machine cuts off. All thermal fuses are good and the motor has been replaced. Also gonna test the vent with the kit. As I and Tim both have advised customer to run the dryer with vent off for 1 load and he did not do that. He is adamant that he has cleaned the dryer vent well and there is no restrictions in it.
