I found washing machine sitting next to dryer has a dent on the left side of it between dryer and washing machine where washer had been dropped notation dryer has scratches in it as well on the sides notating verify power cord was installed properly unit has proper voltage is getting to dryer as well. No additional issues found with dryer other than the breaker was turned off to unit.

I replaced all previously ordered parts left 2 never opened light bulb standard lights no lenses or anything extra ovens are preheated fine no issues after separating upper oven from lower oven are replacing upper over.

Found freezer door switch broke off not allowing door to operate switch correctly. There is no power coming out of dispenser front to auger motor or water valve nothing is energizing when buttons are pushed they customer also states that the LED intermittently works from time to time. Customer thought the 2 might be tied together but I explained that the dispenser has been working with the switch broke and the switch for the freezer controls light and evaporator fan. Spoke with Jonathan at tech support. Found that the L1 from freezer door switch does run back thru to water valve and auger motor. This could possibly fix the issue. Advised customer a good chance this will resolve the issue but if it doesnt the UI is NLA per our parts department.SR#7737780152Jonathan

Put dryer on time dry and let it run also advised customer that if the dryer is hot on the sides that means the unit is keeping heat and air because the external venting is possibly restricted somewhere. The venting runs up and then has one ninety degree elbow exiting side of building. Spoke with (Erik) at tech support and he advised me to replace the UI and ACU there were no fault codes stored in dryer at all. The customer advised since I was out here 3 weeks ago and replaced the parts the unit acted up 1 time last week since it has been working fun. Gonna put these parts on per whirlpool.
