"This is a custom cabinet too compressor ge monogram. Complaint of icemaker not working, which they have removed and temperature too warm.Unit is around 6 degrees in fr, 48+ in rf. Fan is blowing but no air flow, damper is operating. Looks like evap is frozen over. Cannot find any front access to evap. Was able to get a mirror up into an intake and could see evap heavily frosted.Had Randy at office help find tech sheet for unit, hold +\- on both rf/fr for 3 seconds. Test 1 4 is to turn defrost on. Had 120 vac at control to defrost. Says access to evap is through freezer ceiling, wasnt budging during visit, but may have frozen to drain pan, will attempt to steam to help remove on return.For the I/m customer said it was getting really hot and not stopping.Quoted for heater, thermostat, thermistor and icemaker.
