Customer just had dryer installed per customer last week has not ever gotten hot. I found customers outlet receptacle had experienced a thermal event power cord is perfectly fine. Unit does not have proper voltage. Getting to receptacle were power cord plug plugs in. Unit is completely operable no issues found with heater or thermal cut outs. Issue is voltage related and proper voltage has 120.5 V across black and white wiring but red and white wiring has zero red to black wiring has 1. 1 V. should have 240 V.

Replaced left crisper door and Ui and ice door customer states its been working good since last visit

"I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is still making the noise. I tried another new motor with one I had in TS, same noise. I checked and rotated rollers, same noise. I checked the idler, no issues with the idler. I called techline to document the issue. The said the noise is normal and the sounds should improve with clothes in the unit. I went to the unit next door and it did not make the noise. I checked the frame of The unit making noise and found multiple area of the frame bent and crooked. I took photos and called Randy. "Complaint lid is broken makes a horrible noise dying during operation. Cannot close lid, broken near hinge area. I am ordering new lid and hinges and hinge screws. I found noise is caused by gearcase fat has leaked a lot of oil, all over floor and unit unit will need motor gear case everything on the lower end and washplate replaced. Washplate seized on shaft.
