"Complaint washing machine will not operate. Will not spin. Will not do anything use it. Your face lights do come on with no problem though. I found suspension rods. Have failed. Unit has excessive bounce when tub is pressed down. I also found gear case is leaking water Through the wash plate center bolt underneath washing machine. I also found slider clutch has come completely apart. Iron core is no longer attached to plastics is extremely loose. Unit will need new gearcase wash plate new suspension rods, new rotor, and new slider to fix plus spanner nut. Declined repair today is going to look at replacement options as it is not cost-effective for customer to repair."

"Complaint not making ice. I found freezer door on left side was not properly closing had a 1 inch gap on the left side preventing door from closing causing a no cool condition. Freezer evaporator has a full frost pattern going all the way way across it at the bottom without taking cover off as of right now. Food in the freezer is still frozen but soft on top stuff underneath is hard as a rock still. Advised customer to monitor for potential cooling issues. Icemaker is cycling fine and dispensing water fine and dispensed ice. That was already in maker just fine. and refilled with water. In diagnostics, icemaker mode. no further issues found at this time with refrigerator or freezer. Customer to allow 72 hours for ice production."
