"Customer complained unit not cooling. Upon arrival found freezer was 9? and refrigerator was 39? checked frost pattern in freezer and found half frost pattern. Checked pressures and found low side in vaccum , found high side was only 65psi. Unit equalized at 15 psi. Compressor was warm but not hot. Called techline, sr# 7738140065 techline said to charge with nitrogen again and call back with results. Evacuated system and charged with 140psi nitrogen. Bubble tested all brazing spots and all around evap and around compressor and filter dryer. Nitrogen only went down to 138 in after 35 mins. Called tech line back. Techline documented findings and put unit in for review, unit non repairable. Informed customer whirlpool will contact after unit has went through review. Sr# 7738140065."

"Cx complaint that the units clock time is running fast and there have been power loss issues again. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and tested the heat functions, both worked fine. The clock is off by about 5 minutes. I called WP Techline to document the issues.Electric currents run at 60 hz in North America, when the hertz fluctuate and so does the time. Wi-Fi prevents this issues. Checking or replacing the breaker as well as connecting to Wi-Fi for potential software updates concerning the power loss is preferred before replacing any parts. Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud rumble when the water is dispensed. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The noise is coming from the water filter head. I removed the filter and found water leaking from the water filter head. When I put the filter back in place the noise does not return until a few attempts of dispensing water. Complaint unit not making ice again. Never made ice. I found Phil tube. Had frozen up Rost fill tube. Also found water had been leaking behind refrigerator. Overflow pan coming from icemaker evaporator dedicated have been filling up finecycled icemaker through diagnostics fill tube is now working properly. Icemaker is cycling fine as well. I found restriction in both ends of the capillary tube one at the filter dryer. Also one at the evaporator. Also found leak coming from suction tube going into liner off of compressor repaired also found compressor was locked up replaced also replaced evaporator core pressure tested with nitrogen to 125 psi nitrogen held without leaking for 20 minutes. No additional issues found I charge the system up with refrigerant everything is working properly as of right now. Unit producing a full frost pattern going all the way across the evaporator
