"Complaint going off of what Whirlpool sent over control issues I found drain hose is too low 24 inches off of the ground Page 6 owners manual drain hose should be a minimum of 39 inches off the ground before going into drain tube, I found floor is extremely unlevel washing machine should be raised an additional 1 inch off of the ground in the front feet are already as low as they can go raising washing machine as high off of the ground as it can get also side, the side level is extremely out of level as well. Could be causing F0E5 out of balance, error, detected error code that I found in fault history also found F0E7 load detected during a clean wash cycle. Ill touch functions are working properly. Have to press on buttons hard on this specific machine for buttons to press as it is not a touchscreen has a physical button behind screen. I suspect customer has been running or trying to run a load and clean wash cycle as it will fill with the most amount of water per customer no control board issues or use your interface issues. Found left plastics for user interface with customer. Plastics color was white that was pre-shipped to customer. Colors are gray on machine parts not needed anyways cannot find any additional issues with machine today. Other than level and drain hose issues."

Complaint microwave makes a loud humming noise when it gets hot or randomly during usage heats fine every time. No abnormal noises from fan motors. Turntable motor is working just fine as well. Complaint dishwasher leaking on right side. Bottom is full of water whenever filter is removed. It is normal for about 2 to 3 cups of water to still be in the bottom of the tub underneath filter to prevent seals from drying out and cracking tub gasket is defective causing tub to leak during operation. That is not a normal thing to occur. Im ordering gasket to replace no additional issues found. ; ordrng 1 W11483553 (GASKET)

"Complaint refrigerator doors on fresh food side fling open hard knocking food out of the door. I found refrigerator was not properly leveled. I leveled refrigerator tested operations adjusted. Door door is no longer flinging open and staying level in the halfway open position past the halfway open position, Campbell catch as gravity will do its thing and allow the door to slope down the down slope of the cam, causing door to still fling customer to hold doors to prevent doors from flinging Does not fling as hard though. Unit is working as designed cannot make any further adjustments to the cam or door or leveling."

Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud noise. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the idler wheel clip came out of place. I put the idler wheel clip back in 5he correct position and tested the unit for the cx. I collected the service and labor fee by check. The unit is working as designed.

"Complaint harness has bear wire, showing underneath cooktop Im afraid to leave the unit plugged in as sparks occur. Whenever the cooktop is barely moved. I found wiring had been stripped back, causing sparking to occur and was fair underneath cooktop. I found wiring issues caused damage to infinite switches had to replace both infinite switches for rear right front left Large surface elements I replaced and repaired harness with service kit as well advised customer to be very cautious when cooking with oils to prevent flame up from occurring underneath cooktop which ultimately led to condition. Customer also complaining that the large elements have never glowed red hot like the small surface elements, and also is complaining that he does not like the unit as it does not seem to heat properly like the old ones without the medallion and the center used to. Nothing I can do about the UL listed medallion burners. Starting in 2018, UL (Underwriter's Laboratory) regulations require all electric coil top ranges to have temperature limiting capabilities to reduce the risk of cooktop oil and grease fires. As a result, our electric coil burners now use Sensi-Temp Technology. Each burner with this technology has a silver medallion with a button (sensor) in the center of the coil. This button must make contact with the bottom of the cookware for the Sensi-Temp Technology to sense the temperature properly. When the sensor detects a pan temperature near the limit (450 degrees F), the burner will shut off automatically until a lower, safe pan temperature is reached. At that point, the burner will resume heating. Sensi-Temp burners on ranges and cooktops manufactured on or after the regulatory change cannot be replaced with burners without Sensi-Temp Technology; used 2 WP3149404 (INFINITE SWITCH) from stock"
