I ran a service cycle, all components passed. However the lid lock light did not turn on when the lid lock engaged during the service cycle. Complaint leaking water from freezer and fresh food section I found drain tube restricted I cleared drain tube tested operation by running boiling water down drain water flowing fine into drain basin.

Complaint dishwasher leaking from underneath not sure where. I found OWI sensor was not properly secured. Appears to have just been pushed into hole never properly clicked or secured properly. Due to OWA sensor not properly installed every time dishwasher filled with water. It would leak water out at the same time as a constant steady drip. No additional issues found after re-securing and properly installing OI sensor. Everything is working properly and no additional leaking found.

Called techline. ,after pulling unit out to check found bottom left side/ frame/ leg is bent in and down causing the oven to lean to the left . Took more pictures. Informed techline of findings. Arrived to diagnose refrigerator and man answered door and said they are all set. Refrigerator is working and service call should have been canceled. No diagnostics performed. No service fee collected.

Unit is only 3 weeks old found the suspension rods in good shape the unit isnt old enough to have a tub problem. I did find a screw underneath one of the legs which sits on a flood pan causing the unit to get off balance and allow more banging than normal. I showed customer the screw remove all 3 screws from flood pan. They were just laying down I. Pan were not mounted to anything. Unit ran and checked okCall complete
