"I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit still did not work. I replaced the capacitor, still does not start cycles. It will begin to spin during sensing then stop. I checked the motor connector and lower harness. It was in decent condition. I tested manual agitate and it worked fine. The unit needs a new motor and lower harness to resolve the issue. "Complaint last two weeks unit has not been keeping ice cream frozen. Everything else is still frozen except the ice cream. I found unit is located in the garage and garage is not climate controlled. I found evaporator when compressor is running, is producing a full frost pattern with no issues. Refrigerator is rated at a minimum operating temperature of 65? And a maximum of 94?. With these colder temperatures reaching down in the 20s the past couple weeks unit cannot keep up as the temperature sensors are located in the fresh food zone section. When the fresh food section is at temperature unit is designed to stop cooling causing ice cream to melt.
