With no error codes and running tests fine, cannot duplicate other complaint or find source if unit in error, but unit not stopping at end of cycle would likely be main control board.Unit an normal cycle through fill and into wash fine. Ran drain and spin cycle and operating fine.Suspension good, lower assembly inspection all looks good.Being under warranty offered to order main control for intermittent issue, but after hearing how unit works and what things could stop cycle and not errors or issues found, cs will use as is and monitor.; schdld next appmnt for 7/1 MON AM"

Replaced thermistors on evaporator and cabinet advised customer when unit is unplugged hard to see whats wrong but this is the 4 time its randomly died she is requesting and replacement unit witch should be done due to losing food issue and customer cannot trust unit any more with the price of food. advised customer she needs to speak with warranty company the unit is working and I cant find any issue as of now with it replaced thermistors to be safe if unit shits down again advised to not unplug and leave alone to see whats wrong. "Cx complaint that the unit is occasionally tripping the breaker. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a 90 second cycle. The unit completed the cycle but did trip the breaker when it stopped. I checked the control and seen what appeared to be excessive sealant gel on multiple relays which is abnormal. I ran another cycle for 30 & 60 seconds, neither one tripped the breaker. I did a 3rd attempt for 90 seconds and the breaker tripped. I does not blow the fuse just trips the breaker. With the issue being intermittent the unit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx."
