Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit has power and starts cycles but there is no heat. The magnetron reads 2.1 ohms and has no continuity with the chassis. I replaced the magnetron with the ordered part just in case and tested the unit. Still no heat. The diode and capacitor do not have any visible defect. I can smell a burning smell while the unit ran with the cabinet off. The unit needs a new capacitor and diode to resolve the issue. "Cx complaint that the unit is not completing cycles, does not advance past sensing. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f7e1 f7e7. I cleared the codes and ran manual tests for spin and agitate. Both worked fine, I ran a calibration cycle as well as a tachometer test. The tachometer test passed, giving me value when I spun it in both directions. I started a normal cycle, the unit filled and begin a wash cycle. Cx said the issue occurred in quick wash so I started a quick wash cycle, the unit started and progressed past sensing into filling and washing with no issues. The unit is working as designed."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.F8e1, f0e2. Long fill and over suds errors, cleared history. Ran service test and each fill valve looks to be running fine. Ran quick wash cycle and went through fill cycle fine, filled agitated, drain and spin out fine. there was an excess of suds in unit in unit.Cs says unit has been running endlessly while showing only a few minutes remaining.Explained timer is just an approximation. If unit is out of balance it may make numerous attempts, or if sensing water in tub, or suds make it thinks there is it will affect timing. Same as when running empty it decided it was done when timer was at three minutes, normal operation. Ran a few times to help remove suds and left running a clean cycle, without any affresh. Cs does have some affresh to use and does clean unit. Unit has auto detergent dispensing and is using he liquid soap. Also uses spray stain fighters. Suggested cleaning if sees suds still in unit."

Replaced the spark module board and I preheated the oven to 350 degrees and the ignitor and burner stayed on till pre heated to selected temperature. Then I bumped the setting up to 370 and the oven turned on and pre heated to desired temperature. The oven sensor was operating because the once it hit desired temperature the burner cut off and then cut back on after a few minutes to bring oven back to temperature all normal operation. "Cx complaint that the unit is shaking violently while it spins. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e5 f0e2. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed but it did shake a lot while it spun. I removed the lid to watch it during spin, the basket wobbles a lot from side to side. I shook the basket from side to side, I tried to remove the agitator to check the drive hub. The agitator is seized to the gearcase shaft. The suspension seem fine. The unit needs a new agitator and drive hub to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair and collected the service call fee by CC. The cx does not want to fix the unit at the moment."
