Complaint customer has hardly any ice and its not making ice properly. Found that customers freezer door was not closing all the way causing the freezer to not be able to get down to temperature. Condensation is building up in freezer section due to door not being closed. Tested ice maker in freezer and it tested fine. Water was in the fresh food ice maker. Found e5 error code in test 56 upper ice maker tested fine in diagnostics. Evaporator has a full frost pattern developed all the way down and across. Set test 7 to 2. Food keeping door from closing properly.

Cx complaint that the units temp sensor housing in the FC is loose. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the housing came out of place. I corrected the housing and put it in position. The unit is working as designed.

Pulled out deli control and no signs of liquid damage. "Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per receipt, took photo.Cs thinks door is not assembled correctly, new unit. Getting frost in upper left freezer. Found gasket not seal my upper mid/left. Found bracket bar to gears was off 90 degrees, corrected, gasket hard became me hard from leaking, replaced bed gasket until soft again and reformed, sealing properly. Advised to keep door closed remainder of night to reform correctly. Is a tear out designed gasket so left original in since sealing. If reoccurs then I replace gasket."

Complaint door was not closing or sealing properly. When closing the door the inside of it was hitting the shelf causing it not to close properly. Found that customer needed to re organize shelf so door closed properly. Found that the position of the shelf was wrong so it wouldnt close properly. Took food out of fridge and repositioned shelf so door would close properly.

Complaint clothes not spinning F8 e6 no fill error code on arrivalTested unit to find that cold water was trickling in causing unit not to complete a cycle. Replaced water valve and tested unit. "Cx complaint that there is an alleged gas leaks from the 2 left burners when its off according to the gas company. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the gas was off, I turned on the gas and used my gas detector. No leaks were found the burner worked fine and shut off with no issues. Im ordering the valves to resolve the alleged leak the cx experienced and the gas company claimed. Im ordering the manifold, take the valves off the manifold to replace them.
