"Tested unit and found dryer would shut down when leaving the door open customer would have to reset breaker for it to power back on and work, checked errors and found F2e1 stuck button ran a diagnostics cycle and unit checked out ok. Left door open on dryer and after some time light shut off then cntrl shut off but never would power back on, checked voltage and 240v is still being supplied. Reset cntrl and unit cam back on and worked normally will order new main cntrl and console ; ordrng 1 W11618917 (Cntrl) and 1 W11413567 (Console)"

Complaint that the unit is not cycling through properly at times. F7E8 Verified the slider and is in good shape. Verified P3-1 & 3 and all ohm out good @ 8.1ohm. Ran diagnostic cycles first two ran good. Then unit shut down and board was warm. Did hard reset. Turned back on ok. UI diagnostic is good. Found P3 connector on board ok but not acting right. "Cx complaint that the unit is not dispensing cold water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle, all temps of water were dispensed (hot, warm and cold). All components passes with no issues. I ran a normal cycle with tap cold setting. The water was hot. I checked the hoses and they were swapped. Hot is on cold and cold is on hot. I cannot remove and switch the hose position because the valve from the wall does not have the nozzle to turn off the water. I informed the cx and they will get it done themselves. I left the part with the cx. The unit is working as designed."

Customer complaint is the light doesnt all ways go off when lightly shutting the door. I advised the customer that all parts regarding that issue was addressed on last service repair when parts were replaced. All components operating the door and all switches are making up as they should. If I firmly shut the door the light goes off as it should.
