I calibrated the unit and started a normal cycle, it started with no issues. "Cx complaint that the unit is not filling with water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f4e3. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, no water entered the unit. All other components were fine. I checked voltage at the water valve during filling from the control, it sent 122v and the water valve solenoid vibrated. 123 volts were sent to the drain pump while it ran and the float switch works fine as well. I removed the hose at the valve and no water came out with the valve wide open. The unit is fine, water supply from the home is the issue."
