"Cx complaint that the units door is not opening. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the door locked when I arrived with clothes in the unit. The unit turns on but 5he load does not start, it flashes the lock symbol. I managed to open the door from the inner panel. The lid lock secured the door closed every time the door is shut. I start a cycle, the lid lock engaged and started a cycle fine. However when I paused the cycle the lid lock never disengaged. The unit needs a new lid lock and lid lock housing to resolve the issue.
