"Techline Sr#7739391524. Inspected and found capillary tube at the filter dryer coupler restricted. Attempted to replace and installed new filter dryer and the capillary tube snapped off. Attempted to install another filter dryer and the same thing happened The cap tube snapped off. Capillary tubing is extremely fragile. This unit is running low on capillary tube material from the cabinet. Will order another filter dryer and couplers and return to attempt this repair one more time. There was never an SR number created at whirlpool until today (Seven repair attempts later). Unit may be deemed irreparable by manufacturer if we run out of capillary tubing. Checked fabric softener issue and unit was not selected to fabric softener on all cycle it was off, out back on and recalibrated unit ran a spin and found unit not level adjusted legs and advised adding more on a delicate spin would be better and having even loads this will help balance unit. "F6e1 F3e0 F6e4 Tested oven and found right burner staying on and gas escaping from burner found knob cracked and valve not turning to allow gas to stop coming out, checked oven and found unit would get to temp but keep lighting over and over found control sending 120v to ignitor all the time causing it to keep lighting and sometimes it would catch and heat up other times it would not then shut off oven. Checked errors and found F6e1 oven over temp,F3e0 oven sensor opened or shorted, Ohmed out oven sensor and found reading 660 ohms should be arond 1100 ohms, Unit is going to need new control,knobs,manifold,sensor and ignitor advised customer some parts are out of stock and once in we would call for return visit ; ordrng 4 W10844793 (Knobs)s and 1 W10902172 (Manifold) and 1 WP9758079 (Ignitor) and 1 W11308259 (Control)"

Complaint customer has hardly any ice and its not making ice properly. Found that customers freezer door was not closing all the way causing the freezer to not be able to get down to temperature. Condensation is building up in freezer section due to door not being closed. Tested ice maker in freezer and it tested fine. Water was in the fresh food ice maker. Found e5 error code in test 56 upper ice maker tested fine in diagnostics. Evaporator has a full frost pattern developed all the way down and across. Set test 7 to 2. "Unit fails intermittently. Will start to warm in fr, they cycle power and it will return to cooling for a couple weeks to over a month. Then just repeats.Thermistors, fans, damper all pass/working. Unit cooling on arrival measured at 1 degree. No manufacturing codesCalled techline. Likely failure is any of the low voltage components. If shorted they can interrupt communication and keep unit from functioning, this could be a thermistor, fan , harness, deli board, aurora board. With unit running, failure cannot be found. Suggest cs leaving in failed state next time and we can attempt to locate which is failing. Most Likely deli board or deli harness (deli board is functioning during visit) removed deli hard harness cover and do not see any damage, but lines have braided cover. Pulled out deli control and no signs of liquid damage. When in failed state advised to pull out each low voltage component from control in hopes of locating failing component. if returns to functioning when pulled that would be source of failureSr#7739392732"

Found bracket bar to gears was off 90 degrees, corrected, gasket hard became me hard from leaking, replaced bed gasket until soft again and reformed, sealing properly. Advised to keep door closed remainder of night to reform correctly. Is a tear out designed gasket so left original in since sealing. If reoccurs then I replace gasket."
