F6E2 communication error. Could not run diagnostics cycle or calibration. Could not run any cycles at all only have access to error codes. Quoted customer on new UI panel and install and he decided to go with a new washer.

Put some clothes in washer Then put into diagnostics and there were no fault codes present. So I put unit on normal cold wash load and found cold water solenoid completely stopped up with debris. To much in there so I just replaced water valve part# W11165546. I also calibrated the tub to make sure it was sensing proper weight. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete); used 1 W11165546 (Water valve) from stock

"Unit not cooling in rf or fr. Unit was unplugged on arrival. Plugged in and went into diagnostics, verified sensors passing, damper working, compressor/fans working. Unit still had build up on Evap cover, took off and Evap clogged. Customer said none of the others were sparking just that one. I NEVER got the problem to duplicate itself while I was in the home. I told the customer since the unit was brand new and she was nervous about the situation I told her we would go ahead and replace the spark module. Cx complaint that the unit has thermal damage in the cavity. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. There is thermal damage on the roof of the cavity. I called techline to document the issue (WP safety was closed for the day). Techline said the wave guide cover needs to be replaced to safely use the MW. I quoted the cx for the and told them not to use the MW until the wave guide cover is replaced.Sr7736689708

"Complaint last company switched the water hoses and it is wrong and also error f9e1 long drain, customer has picture of error code. No error codes stored in the control. Cx complaint that the units light does not working. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The light switch lever is not staying in place. I removed the light switch and found the connector head missing on one of the wires. The yellow wire only has an exposed wire at its end. The other connector is fine. "Cx complaint that the burners do not light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found all burners are sparking fine, however they intermittently light. I tried cleaning the burner heads, still no improvement. The burner heads need to be replaced. The orifice holders will need to be replaced as well, the screws are stripped. Im ordering all burner heads and orifice holder to resolve the issue. The cx paid for the service fee by CC. She will contact us for the repair."

"Complete unit not making ice dropped. One batch of ice three days ago has not dropped ice since then gasket on the bottom of the freezer is not attached to the freezer door gasket on the refrigerator. Also falling off. I found gaskets were not properly installed into door channel. I install door gaskets into channel. I also had to heat door gaskets to reform gaskets as gaskets were heavily warped doors are not warped, no issues with doors. Door handles are missing caps. I am ordering caps and icemaker. I tried to cycle, icemaker by hand and ice got stuck would not dispense ice after 15 minutes of waiting for icemaker to finish cycling had the heat icemaker with hairdryer heater is not coming on on the bottom of the icemaker. "7736683628 Whirlpool techline file number. Per Whirlpool replace heating element again because heating element is warped due to water overspray leaking causing heater to heat up and warp. Also replace spray arms all three. And go from there. Tech line also stated if that does not fix it order and replace inner door assembly and tub with hinges. Whirlpool not advising replacement of tub and inner door assembly yet nor hinges door is laying level not going past 90° does not act as if it has bent. Hinges door is closing properly and sealing properly not coming open in the middle of a cycle per customer no heavy Sudsing and customers video when dishwasher started to leak. Customer stated dishwasher did not leak for seven days after last repair had no issues and then after seven days it started leaking. Leak usually occurs from half way point in the dishwasher cycle towards the end of the dishwasher cycle is very intermittent when dishwasher will leak some days it will not leak other days it will leak using the exact same normal cycle with high temp wash and heated dry no other options selected. No Sudsing issues occurring when water is leaking. I suspect sprayer may be getting stuck. Causing overspray condition to occur. Upon arrival the customer went and cut fan on low and it started immediately. I continued cutting fan on and off on all settings and it was working 100% correctly. Checked all wires and buttons I advised customer that at this time with unit operating normally there wasnt much we could do. To call us back if needed. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)

"Found moisture sitting on top of freezer door gasket. I also found the bottom gasket on right hand refrigerator door was not completely sealing at bottom to frame. Heat treated the door gasket to make it a secure fit. There was no moisture present on mullion bar, or inside refrigerator. It appears the moisture was coming from bottom of left hand fridge door where gasket was not sealing. Put unit into service mode and all operations are normal. Advised customer to keep and eye on it and if needed call back. At this time, the only problem found was corrected. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)"

"Found left door not allowing the mullion to catch and give a secure latch to keep warm air out. Causing moisture to build in fridge section ordering 2 parts to correct problem. Also, ice maker was not making ice found the arm stuck in upward position not allowing ice maker to work. I reset arm ice maker ran and checked ok. Will return on Monday the 26th in the am to complete call; ordrng 1 WP12028505AP (Close cam) and 1 W10917991 (Left door hinge)"

Found unit had a failed bake ignitor and the bake burner tube is rusted and blown out at ignitor area. Recommend replacing both ignitor and burner tube with new parts. Quoted $174.95 for burner kit WB16K10035 and $239 labor. Customer will call if desired

"Flinders condenser fan blade had come off shaft, will need new condenser fan blade. Quoted $34.95 for blade and $239 labor; ordrng 1 241639502 (Blade, condenser fan)"

Complaint not cooling. Unit not defrosting. Unit left unplugged Order new harness. ; ordrng 1 W11650659 (Harness)

"Compressor running at 12 inch vac. High side between 130-140 psi. Only getting very top run of evap with frost. Called whirlpool teach line. Sr#7736682786 advised to recheck unit with nitrogen. Charged the unit with 140 psi of nitrogen for 20 minutes had a 3 psi drop. Bubble checked all exposed tubing, rear liner and door hinge area. No leak found. Called whirlpool back. Unit being put into replacement review."

Tan not turning motor only hums. Can manually turn motor and pulley. Needs motor. Customer will be requesting a new one. ; ordrng 1 W10439651 (Motor)

"Cs still smelling gas, gas tester intermittently showing weakest result by regulator. Added soap and slowest leak shown at connection from gas line to regulator, attempted to tighten and seemed like it didnt tighten any more, but no bubbles after, left bubbles on for over 5 minutes with no leak found."

"Under 1yr wp warranty, took photo of reciept.Cs say unit was leaking from rf of unit, dripping down leg about 10 minutes into cycle.Toe plate insulation showed staining from water, unit has overflow tray, so looking for leaking in different area. Let unit run on normal for 10+ minutes.Found leak not coming from leg , but from sump assy, drip looks to be right under motor assy.just takes time for leak to come to front of unit.Ordered sump assy, unit will need to be pulled to replace, put down for 2x time.; ordrng 1 W11460945 (Sump assy) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"
