"Cx complaint that the unit is stopping cycles by itself and feels hot to the touch. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error code. The unit started with no issues. The cx said about 20min into a cycle it has been having the sudden stopping. The screen will still continue to count down when the unit stops. The cx says the unit stops running as little as 15-20 min into a cycle. I let the unit run for 15 min, there were no issues. Eventually right before I left the unit stopped with the display still showing its running. I checked incoming power, 243v was still coming to the unit. I cycled power multiple times, on the third try I turn the unit on and it ran after about 15 seconds in the running state.Im ordering a new control board and the fuses in case they blow in the meantime to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 W11525996 (Control board) and 1 WP3391914 (Thermal fuse) and 1 279973 (Cut off fuse)"

Inspected harness and plug and didnt see any issues or burn marks. Unplugged all harness connections to control board and tested at oven terminal again and found voltage had evened out to proper voltage 240 l1-l2, 120 on both l1-neutral and l2- neutral. Somewhere on board or harness to board unit is shorting and voltage is going out of proper polarity. Ordering control and main harness. Temp in ref was 56?. Found ref evap was iced over. Ran service test 4 and found proper frost pattern to freezer and valve working. Found evap fan in ref section blocked by ice damaging it. Found proper resistance on ref evap thermistor. After defrosting ref found fan intermittently cutting on and off. Also found service pointer W11512766 stating to replace Ui control due to fan not running long enough to defrost ref compartment. Ordering evap fan assembly and Ui control. Unit is not a rework , previous work was to sealed system and covered under extended parts warranty. Quoted 799.38 and customer paid via card. Informed customer office will call to schedule return call. "Customer complained unit wont spin . Upon arrival found no error codes stored. Ran service mode and found all functions work until setting to any spin or agitate. When set to spin or agitate tests in Manuel service mode unit complete shuts down and lights go off on control. Checked incoming power and unit has 120v, found unit has correct polarity on outlet. Checked continuity through all wires to motor and actuator and capacitor to board. All check as having continuity. Replaced actuator and issue still present. Temporarily replaced capacitor and issue still present. Checked windings on motor and all checks ok 5.4 ohm , checked continuity of drain pump, was also in range per tech sheet, 21ohm. Unplugged drain pump and issue still present, unit just shuts off. Ordering main control and motor. Scheduled return call for 7-26-23 am. ; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control) and 1 W10890624 (Motor), used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

The brown marks are simply grease from inside the oven accumulating as the fan releases the greasy air. The area of concern is directly above the air vent.
