"Cx complaint that the units broil element heats more on all oven settings. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The bake element heats during bake, the bake element ohms are 24 ohm within range. The broil element is very bright on even on bake cycles. I traced the schematics and the K2 relay is stuck open. I removed the red wire from the thermal fuse while the oven was off and there was still 123v on the blue wire at the thermal, there shouldnt be unless the oven is on. When I reconnected the red wire there was 123v from the open relay at p 5-4, there shouldnt be when the oven is off. The 7nit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. "Led lights out, deli drawer out, not cooling either section, compressor/fans not running. Diverter constantly clicking.Ran test 4, compressor never came on. Wont come on in test 5 either. Buzzing on power board, led board, no visible damage to any of the boards. When first unplugged / plugged would start as normal, normal Home position diverted sounds, compressor would come on for a second then go off and just making a clicking at diverter. Attempted multiple times disconnecting reconnecting connectors, tapping on relays, then one time it restarted and unit running, compressor/fans running and deli drawer control on. Buzzing on boards stopped. Lights are all still off. With the abnormal buzzing at power and led board would replace them before any individual lights.Redid all connections on led board and now lights are on as well. Keeping quote for power board, but as of now everything is back up and running."

"Complaint, microwave, burning smell occurring every time it is will not heat or work more than a minute then unit will start working fine again after it has cooled down. I found burning smell is due to magnetron overheating due to fan being unplugged. I plugged in fan secured connector and made sure no additional issues are occurring. I found it was taking over three minutes to heat water one cup eight fluid ounces of water to 189?. I found magnetron magnets had come detached from magnetron. I replaced Maggotron unit now is boiling water in one minute 189? in a minute. Cx complaint that the units MW light does not work and the UI is intermittent in response occasionally. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the MW has blown and needs to be replaced. I found no error codes but the UI is slow in response and the time keep going off though its reset multiple times. "Cx complaint that the unit throws an error code. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f8e4 f9e1. I cleared the codes and checked the garbage disposal. It was still plugged, the disposal plug needs to be removed to drain properly. The float switch connector was loose. I secured the connector. The unit was not hooked up to water supply so I could no test a service cycle. The unit is good to go. No one was on site while I was there, its a new construction home."

"Cx complaint that the units cooktop is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. All cooktop burner are working fine. I ran a bake and broil cycle, broil worked but bake did not. I pulled the unit out and checked the bake element and connectors. I found a bake element connector loose. I secured the connector and verified 246v going to the bake element. The unit is working as designed. The garage was open when I arrived, I tried to close it when I left but it would not close. So I left it open as it was."

"Customer complained unit tripped breaker while running self clean. Says electricians came out , when unit is plugged into a gfi it trips right away, but runs on a normal circuit it doesnt trip.
