"Tested unit and found items freezing in fridge compartment on top and middle shelfs, checked damper and found opening and closing when raising temps and lower temps found thermistor not registering correct temps in fridge section causing unit to run more, replaced thermistor and temps now registering. Checked gasket and found not sealing in freezer side allowing moisture to build up, heated gasket to seal. Ice maker would not make ice due to bin being full when it was empty found ice maker arm had gotten hung up on ice not sensing ice level, removed ice and unit dumped and filled as designed. Advised customer on leaving tall stuff on top shelf this will block air flow advised need to leave room to unit can breath and move air. Unit now operating to specs ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11236851 DIFFUSER , used 1 W10316760 (Thermistor) from stock"

This unit had multiple problems. When I came out after 1st tech I found the ice maker fan running at very low rpm once the control board was replaced the fan motor is turning proper rpm now. Upon this visit I found the flapper sometimes will shut all the way and some times it will not. I had to manually push it shut with my finger. This allowing warm air to get into ice bucket and freeze everything together. New flapper assembly is needed.
