Complaint unit leaking from upstairs washer through the floor to the 1st floor. Drain pan would only see a little bit of water in the back left of it. Mostly in the cutout for the water/drain and down the wall. Filled washer and drained. Drain is clogged came up the standpipe then filled into the sink next to washer. Will need to clear the restriction in the drain line to correct problem. No issues with the washer. Unit tested ok.

"Complaint dishwasher is leaking. I found leaking condition was caused directly by over sudden condition. When she was pouring in the rent agent, it was dumping all over the door. I suspect that is what caused her over sudden condition to occur or the detergent because both are creating heavy suds in a mixing bowl. Could also be from customer pre-washing dishes with detergent as well Don dish detergent. Also, dishwasher was extremely out of level flowing towards float deeper around the float area. I level dishwasher as well. If dishwasher leaks due to an over sudden condition theres nothing any technician can do to fix that specific issue as that issue is a user issue not an issue caused by the machine.."
