"Cx complaint that the burner heads continue to click when the flames are turned off and the LF burner takes many attempts to light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the LF double burner screwed too tight together, I loosened the screw and the burner head worked much better. I checked the switch harness and I seen no visible damage. I did notice the 2 right burner igniters still click thought the burners are off. The unit needs a new switch harness to resolve the issue. "Cx complaint that the unit is still making a knocking noise while it washes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, the cx has video of the noise. The noise occurs during agitate. I ran a service and calibration cycle, the noise did not appear in either cycle. I ran manual fast and slow agitate as well, still no noise. I honestly think the noise sounds normal from the slider changing directions because of the weight of the load.
