In removing u/i to access drain pump the connector came off the board ( unit has been disassembled multiple times). Found drain trap clogged and drain pipe from tub to pump also clogged. Cleared and used u/I board from second washer to test. Did drain fully, but slower then normal with no clogs and very loud.Unit will need a u/i and drain pump is recommended. U/i will be covered by us if going forward with repair (verified with Randy at office)Quoted for drain pump/labor. Ran test went right back into defrost. Called whirlpool back advised to have the customer put a load in the fridge. Unit came out of defrost and started cooling. No additional parts to correct, they have all been replaced. Same SR 7739813562. Unit is working at this time. Temps are starting to drop, customer will monitor and call if further issues."

I found complete vent restriction with moisture and condensation in behind dryer, stuck in tube as well as on exterior wall outside of house. I replaced thermal cut out tested operations. "I replaced start device tested operations. Everything is working and has been working. Just fine since last visit. I found that freezer plastics with IR thermometer are reading -22? food inside objects are reading 0? fresh food section is reading 34.3? fresh food section is set at 34?. Freezer section is set at zero I set both temperature zones back to factory recommended settings, no additional issues with refrigerator at this time unit has been making ice with no issues. I did however find that the waterline attaching to the back of the unit has been leaking slow drip advise customer to replace waterline. I turned off water to refrigerator so no more damage can occur to customers flooring. customer stated they will fix that themselves."

Found cam and actuator not connected to each other went to remove cam and found frozen to Gearcase, broke cam free and replaced also replaced actuator ran a cycle and unit is making a loud thumping noise from Gearcase. Checked Gearcase and found shaft had dropped and when cam melted to shaft it caused damage will order new Gearcase and return.
