The office then called renter back and said they are having trouble locating proof of purchase then I begin explaining to the renter that if one could not be provided they would be responsible for trip and parts and labor. The office lady came over to townhome and had CHRIS EDWARDS on the phone who is the builder, he was very upset we were asking for proof of purchase and he said thats not how whirlpool does business his installed thousands of appliances for whirlpool. I told him if he could not provide a receipt he would be responsible for repairs and if. Not he could call whirlpool and get authorization for us to do the repair. He absolutely went mad and said to leave he would get another service provider and he was gonna tell whirlpool to drop us from nc.
