"Customer complained of long dry times, found exhaust was smashed. Dryer was also on a wood pedestal informed customer she will need to buy new exhaust system to fix issue. Unit is in a closet and when pushed back it smashes vent casing airflow to not flow properly causing long dry times. Verified proper operation when unit isnt. Hooke duo to exhaust."

"Retuned to call and checked pressures, pressures normalise in ref section but then low side goes into deep vaccum. Too off cap tube on ref side evap to make sure no clog at braze point. Re brazed and found evap not clogged. Went to replace 3 way valve body. (Previous call unit started cooling at stopped. Found filter dryer clogged. Charged unit after installing new filter dryer and charged system, unit started cooling again and stopped again, ordered 3 way valve body thinking clog in 3way valve.) went to change 3 way valve and when moving filter dryer heard Freon escape from clog in 2nd new filter dryer. Took off shrader valve and found black suit like substance on filter dryer shrader valve. Called Randy he said its from old compressor burning something. Its whats causing unit to to clog filter driers. Called techline techline sending into review. Due to unit being contaminated . Sr#7738442231 someone will contact the customer in the near future."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Intermittently stopping 5/10 minutes into cycle. Tested in normal with damp napkin in sensor , ran over 15 minutes with no issue. Explained how sensor works, that timed dry may be needed for small loads. Tested fine."

"Wash, clean, sanitize lights blinking, cs says he reset at breaker and same. No response any buttons.Disconnected/reconnected at junction box and started cycle as normal.Unit will not go into diagnostics. Flashing lights not listed as an error state. Heater measures 15ohms and measuring 7vac during cycle, but do not know at what point heater should kick on during cycle and not going into diagnostics is a failure. Voltage did change while monitoring, sometimes 10v sometimes 5, switching when other motors /valves running. Complaint that the unit is not making ice. Found bad container and door seals on the fresh food section. Ran IM and it didnt do a full cycle and locked midway. Customer was complaining that he wanted the refrigerator to be working today and needed ice now. Complaint bins. Roll out whenever doors are opened. I found refrigerator was not. Properly leveled leveled refrigerator bins are no longer rolling out. Everything is now working properly. Complaint door gasket keeps hitting lower basket and falling out of tray. Track tear has occurred on gasket. I found complaint true I replaced inner door gasket tested operations no additional issues. Found advised customer to make sure they are pulling on lower rack from the center so that it does not pull to the left or the rightoff the track causing it to grab gasket. "Complaint dishwasher started leaking out the door on the right hand side corner when customer open the door customer noticed thick, heavy foam inside of the dishwasher when leak was occurring. Upon arrival and usage of the dishwasher into diagnostics mode I did not see any sudsing occurring. F6e3 only error code in fault history over suds condition detected in drain pump. I cleared error code used vegetable oil to cut the sudsing in the dishwasher that was being created. Adjusted rinse dispenser to level one advised customer to not use detergent when rinsing off dishes before placing them into dishwasher. No further issues found with dishwasher at this time pump is working perfectly fine, no water underneath the dishwasher no leaking occurring underneath the dishwasher at this time. Over sudsing error was cause of leak."

Complaint it wasnt drying towels unit is heating recommended getting different style lint housing

Interior microwave light not working. Removed bulb and found it open. Needs new bulb. Quoted customer. Customer to call office to see if they can reduce price.

Drain hose clogged causing dishwasher to stop mid cycle. Cleared and tested all checks ok.

"Customer complained that when unit is set to auto sensing too much water is filling unit. She thinks that if she puts a few small things in the washer it shouldnt fill to almost the top. Customer also was saying the tub was lowering too much and it shakes. Ran diagonal and unit has no error codes. Ran high speed spin and unit spinning properly. Ran a normal quick wash cycle and unit filled it filled 3/4 fill and washed and went into spin cycle with 3 small towels. Sr#7738428438. Called techline. Tech line said to run UI test in diagnostic and water level switch passed Ui test. Verified unit is working as designed. Informed customer unit is working as designed, to call customer service for issue with unit working as designed and to make sure to get clothes as even as possible to prevent unit from getting off balance in spin cycle."

Cx complaint that the unit is not finishing cycles or draining again. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the blue wire to the drain pump was pinched from me not closing the drain pump cover. When the water entered the unit and weighed down the tub the blue wire was caught underneath the pump cover. The drain pump ohm are good (20.4 ohms). I repaired the wire and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I quoted the cx for the lower harness in case they want to replace it.

"Ran dryer and found unit would not heat up last ten min it would shut down and error over heating, wile running checked vent and found super hot checked heater and found heater would not cycle it just stayed on full blast until erroring out. Ohmed thermal fuses and found ok checked thermal cut off and cycling thermostat and found faulty heat is not kicking off at set point causing over heating. Will order new thermal cut off and cycling thermostat ; ordrng 1 DC47-00018A (Thermal cut off) and 1 DC96-00887C (Thermal fuse)"

"Returned to install pre id light panel. Installed light panel on 1-2-24. Customer called back saying new lights in new light panel fell out a week after. Took pictures of lights falling out of previous light panel. Previous panel was installed properly but lights clips are defective. Installed new light panel. Took pictures, new lights in new light panel and secured properly. Ran fan on high speed and no unordinary vibration from fan. and turned on lights and unit is properly installed with unit working as designed. Called tech line to document issue. Sr#7738430360."

Checked over unit and found machine would wash but would never drain water during cycle or when canceling out. Canceled unit and found no pump running removed kick panel and found drain pump connection had gotten pulled from pump when installed. Fixed drain pump connection and reattached canceled out unit and machine is now draining and working to proper specs.

Arrived to replace new microwave door. Incorrect door was received. Model number was incorrect. Reordered door. ; ordrng 1 WB56X30293 (ss door w\flat ge lo)

Found evidence of low charge with a large ball of ice on evaporator at capillary tube. As this unit had prior sealed system work I checked the pressures and found low charge. Approximately 45# on high side and -20 on low side. No visible Freon leaks detected with uv dye. Called tech support and deemed unrepairable SR number 7738429154

"Found unit has a scratch in door finish at lower part of right side door handle. See photo. This is not a repair able part and door would need to be replaced. Submitted for a new door and badge. Found unit has a spot on the door on the inside where there is melted plastic adhesive. It appears an object was to close to door and caused arcing and sparks to melt plastic.
