Went to house unit is at rent a center in Manchester on broad st went there it was on truck they need to reschedule when unit is off truck

Complaint oven heated up to 310 degrees and didnt heat any more after. Took bottom cover off to see that element is open due to failed element. Replaced broken element and found that terminal block had also been repaired by prior company no issues with harness found yet Tested unit and it heated to correct temperature. All components tested fine.; used 1 W10779716 (ELEMENT) from stock

Lights still not working on arrival. Replaced light in evaporator on roof and that made the freezer light and the two top lights come back on. Complaint clothes not spinning F8 e6 no fill error code on arrivalTested unit to find that cold water was trickling in causing unit not to complete a cycle. Replaced water valve and tested unit. Complaint door was not closing or sealing properly. When closing the door the inside of it was hitting the shelf causing it not to close properly. Found that customer needed to re organize shelf so door closed properly. Found that the position of the shelf was wrong so it wouldnt close properly. Took food out of fridge and repositioned shelf so door would close properly.

"Cx complaint that the unit is turning off by itself intermittently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f8e0 f6e4. I ran manual tests for the fans, both worked fine in both speeds. I started a normal bake cycle for both ovens, the top oven stopped and flashed f8e0. The bottom eventually stopped by itself. Power has been cycle, this issue has gotten progressively worse. The unit needs new blower fans, control boards and the UI. "Complaint no power to cooktop or oven display turns on sounds like its heating but nothing works. I found customers in incoming voltage was not proper unit had 1.3 V across red and white wire 124.3 V across black and white wire, which is why user interface would display Unit not heat discovered customers house breaker would start hissing when burners were turned into the on position. Customer needs to get voltage, checked and voltage issue fixed. I was able to get proper voltage to oven temporarily to validate. Everything is working properly. Left oven, completely unplugged and breaker in off position before departure."

Complaint refrigerator right hand door handle fell off while opening door drawers inside of the refrigerator. Keep rolling out whenever doors are opened by themselves. I found handle set. Screws were not tightened properly. I re-secured doorhandle tested operations handle is no longer loose. I adjusted the level of the refrigerator no further issues found or reported by customer with refrigerator.

Tried to tighten up screw but door plastic is broken door would need to be replaced to fix correctly but door is no longer available. Added a screw into door hinge on top to help hold in place door is now closing and staying closed advised it may last or it may come apart again this is not the correct way to fix it but will hopefully work for now"

"Cx complaint that the unit is occasionally tripping the breaker. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a 90 second cycle. The unit completed the cycle but did trip the breaker when it stopped. I checked the control and seen what appeared to be excessive sealant gel on multiple relays which is abnormal. I ran another cycle for 30 & 60 seconds, neither one tripped the breaker. I did a 3rd attempt for 90 seconds and the breaker tripped. I does not blow the fuse just trips the breaker. With the issue being intermittent the unit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx."

Im ordering a new inverter board and control board to resolve the issue. The unit heats, however the MW light turns on and off even with the door closed.
