"Complaint, front right burner would not turn off and now it does not turn on at all. Front left burner stays hot. All the time rear right and rear left burners are working, but are not heating like they used to. I found all four infinite switches are failing or have completely failed. I found front, right Cooktop element has failed completely found bake element is fine. Broil element is fine. Relay on main control board is discolored. I suspect customer had a relay that had gotten stuck on the main control board. I found door hinges are popping doors not closing properly on left side, specifically causing right side to be in a bind causing damage to receivers. Unit will need all for infinite switches front right burner main control and hinges to fix. No additional issues. Found with oven or voltage into oven today. Leaving oven unplugged as element is not turning off and is remaining hot as of right now called Whirlpool safety, unwilling to provide any assistance with parts or labor. 7738490879 file number safety team. I calibrated the oven +30 and preheated oven to 350 degrees when it chimed and said it was pre heated and I checked oven temperature and it was about 250 degrees temperature was off over a 100 degrees. "Complaint door glass fell off while opening door. I found the bottom of the door brackets have never been. Door glass door glass was just hanging on by. Ape from the manufacturer I found 37 loose screws holding machine together tightened up all the screws as well. Also tightened up all the screws holding the door together as well. No additional issues found with oven at this time I inspected flame pattern of bake and cooktop unit only has one bake element that serves as a broiled element as well, no issues found oven is preheating fine."

Especially front right burner I found all four infinite switches have failed or are in the process of failing black suit, blowing out the back of the infinite switches discoloration of the front right infinite switch as well due to heat inside of the switch, I replaced all four infinite switches tested operations tested operation of oven. "Cx complaint that the units oven temp seems off while baking, food seems to take too long to cook. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cooktop and oven activate fine. I ran a bake cycle to 380 and used my temp probe while the cx analog temp gauge was in the oven. At 380 my temp probe and the oven temp were nearly identical, the analog gauge was off by about 30 degrees. I increased the temp to 400, the temp was still accurate and her gauge read correctly too. I suggested using convection bake for more even cooking. The unit is working as designed."
