"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the compressor and fans are on but only warm air comes out. The high and low side lines are both at room temp. The RC evap did not build a frost pattern at all after running for 25 min. The UI, door switches and interior lights responds fine with no issues. The unit needs a new compressor and evap to identify the leak in the SS. This is a built in so a 2nd man is needed. I quoted the cx for the repair."
