"Complaint, dishwasher is leaking per customer. The tub of the dishwasher was half full of sudsing going to the bottom of the middle spray arm. I found cause of over sudden condition is due to the detergent that was being used in the dishwasher. I tested operations with normal dishwasher detergent and dishwasher. No sudsing occurring no additional issues. Found with dishwasher at this time. Everything is working properly no leaking occurring at this time either I performed bath to kill sudsing in the dishwasher before departure. I inspected door gasket. No issues with the door gasket. Everything is working fine."

"Customer complained of long dry times and little lint in lint trap. Found unit was running properly took off lint chute and area was clear of obstructions and fan was running properly. Found chute wasnt connected properly on top and had to move and attach chute to correctly attach chute. Lint had gone into frame area because of this. Customer said unit had never been worked on and she had always had an issue with this. Repaired chute and was able to add aluminum heat resistant tape to areas that needed them. Air,flow is good now, also found unit was pushed a little too far back causing exhaust to be crimped. Informed customer that was the long dry times issue. The chute issue was the lint issue. Verified proper operation and unit now had proper airflow out of exhaust to outside vent."

"Tested unit due to dryer would not dry clothes fully this would not happen all the time, checked venting and found vent is short and new checked outside cap and air is blowing strong. Ran unit thew a diagnostics cycle and found 240v to terminal block 120v to each side of heater checked for errors and found F4e3 restricted air flow, f2e1 stuck key checked venting and found lint screen housing blocked with lint causing poor air flow noticed lint seemed to be from slot of moisture collecting in unit, cleaned housing and ran unit thew a sensing cycling vent came back with good flow was coming back with AF AIR flow issue. Let unit run and all operations are now working to specs"

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found multiple error codes: f0e2 f5e3 f6e3 f9e1. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, no leaks were found. All components passed with no issues. I started a normal cycle, when water was dispensed I found the leak from the detergent dispenser drawer. It was sitting crooked causing water to build up creating the leak from the detergent dispenser area. It needed more water to reenact the leak. I corrected the detergent dispenser drawer and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."
