"Complaint while in the middle of the wash cycle washing machine started going crazy flipped on its side, dumped water all over the place and close everywhere after that noticed a hole in the tub and the middle spins freely. Also found a bolt laying on the floor underneath the washing machine as well and oil underneath of washing machine. I found gearcase is leaking oil. I found the bolt customer found was the rotor bolt. I found wash plate. Spline is completely stripped out. I found tub has a hole in it. I checked suspension rod. Suspension rods are tight and inspected for error codes no error, codes and diagnostics fault history I found plastics on the right side. "I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The MW does not in regular MW mode. It works fine in easy convect, all other MW functions do not work. I called Techline to document the issue. The MW door is still having the same issue, now it is consistently not connecting on the right side. The right side of the door has to be pushed in to acknowledge a closed door. I checked the harness to make sure the wires were in the correct spot. The door is not crooked or bowed neither is the MW door frame. Im ordering a MW control board and another interlock harness. "Complaint dryer is not getting hot. Not drying clothes shutting itself off within five minutes on any cycle other than quick dry and timed dry. Always running a half a load in the dryer. I found incoming voltage across red and black wiring upon arrival is 80.2 V, I found red to white voltage is 0.2 V I found black to white wiring is 122.8 V AC I found black to ground is the same. I turned breaker off at panel breaker back on at panel unit now getting correct voltage to dryer across red and black. 245.9 V AC. I found moisture sensor and diagnostics history. Light is not turning off indicating moisture bar sensor issue still present dryer is now heating fine with no further issues found with the heating element or additional issues. ; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (Harness) and 2 WP3387223 (Sensor bar)s and 1 W11086603 (Screen) and 1 W11525996 (Control)"
