Found small pulley on motor shaft broke of and seized up on shaft this was not allowing the drum to turn. I ordered a motor and blower wheel to make this a good repair. Often you cant get these blowers to break loose from motor shaft and have to bust them off. With the pulley busted off its gonna be near impossible to get whats left on shaft of small pulley so the best fix is new motor and blower wheel. "Dryer running normally at time of visit. Customer sent me a video of the machine making a noise but I cannot get it to duplicate the noise. Customer says it happens toward end of cycle, I checked rollers, belt, blower housing, motor and no noise coming from those components I did find the idler pulley little noisy when moving side to side. I lubed up the pulleys and rollers just to see if that would cure the issue. At this time without hearing the noise I cannot determine the problem. Unit would need new knob to fix issue customer will order a knob on there own unit is operating properly"

"Cx complaint that the units door is not aligned causing the light to stay on intermittently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the right hinge not sitting correctly. I removed the door and examined the hinges, the hinges are good. I responded the door in the correct position. The light stays on, I have to push door to turn the light off. The unit needs a new door switch to use the oven with no issues. I ran a bake cycle and the unit repeatedly turned the oven lights on as if the door were opened, I pushed the door and the lights turned off. "Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the IM was on, I ran a harvest test. The IM stopped midway because of ice stuck together hitting the side. I pulled the ice out and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I left the part with the cx."

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking gas. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. Piedmont gas came out and said the 2 left burners are leaking. When I arrived the main valve to the unit was off (I did not smell any gas), the cx said he smelled gas with the main valve off. I turned on the main valve and tested the burners, all worked fine. I removed the cooktop and applied bubble water to all joint connections. I waited 10 min no bubbles, I applied more bubbles still no water. I opened a valve to simulate a gas leak to let the cx know what it smells like. There are no apparent leaks at the moment. The front middle burner did have stains on and around the burner head and orifice from food spilling. I cleaned it.I called techline to document the issue. Based on my diagnosis they concluded that the unit does not have any leaks. If the smell is indeed present when the main valve to the unit is off then the cooktop is not the source the potential gas leak. They said the cx is okay to use the unit. The unit is working as designed. The cx does not seem comfortable using the cooktop, so I turned the main valve off as it was. cx did not provide a signature at the end of the service.Sr7736947764"

Cx complaint that the unit is not dispensing cold water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is cooling fine and cool water is being dispensed. The reservoir only holds about 2 cups of water so after 2 cups of water the unit will dispense warmer water until cools again. The unit is working as designed.

Found reservoir froze up. Took hair dryer and defrost the reservoir and starting getting water thru door again. The reservoir sits on top of evaporator coil and its freezing up. Whirlpool had another company out and they replaced dispenser assembly but the unit is still dripping water out of supply line on dispenser. Seems to be a small amount of pressure coming thru the line at all times. Customer has to wipe water out of floor daily. Found compressor running and condenser fan running. Took evaporator cover off and evaporator had no frost pattern atEverything is normal except for cooling issue. I bubble checked all lines brazed from factory and found no leaks. It appears to be a leak inside the cabinet calling whirlpool tech line to give diagnosis and see what direction they want me to go. I spoke with (rob) at tech support and it was diagnosed with leak in cabinet. Unit is being changed out.SR# 7736934665(Call complete)
