Tested unit due to washer banging and not spinning out clothes at tend of cycle and found error F0e9 off balance pause ran a self test and unit shifted and went threw normally. Chcked balance and found good ran a quick wash cycle and unit filled and went threw normally. Advised customer on loading machine with equal weighted items to stop unit from banging around advised if unit started to bang they need to stop it adjust clothes and restart. Recalibrated unit and leveled all operations now working to specs
