I attempted to calibrate the unit as stated in his use and care guide, I could not find a calibration setting. The service matters use and care guide does not mention calibration. I preheat both ovens one to 400 and the other 425. Both reached the set temp, I verified the temp with a temp probe as recommended. Heated oven back up and unit is now at temp and reading within a few degrees, checked stove top again and unit is cycling and working as designed. Customer is going to try unit and see how it is if still not working for them they will replace infinite switches, I also leveled unit and they are going to check how it bakes"

Found chute wasnt connected properly on top and had to move and attach chute to correctly attach chute. Lint had gone into frame area because of this. Customer said unit had never been worked on and she had always had an issue with this. Repaired chute and was able to add aluminum heat resistant tape to areas that needed them. Air,flow is good now, also found unit was pushed a little too far back causing exhaust to be crimped. Informed customer that was the long dry times issue. The chute issue was the lint issue. Verified proper operation and unit now had proper airflow out of exhaust to outside vent."
