Unplugged and updated software, said completed successfully.Replaced compressor and drier, pulled into a vacuum, held for 10+ minutes. Charged with 5.2 oz r134a. Unit not cooling, not pulling vacuum, staying around 5 and 85 on high side. Pulled refrigerant and charged again and simular, no cool. Spoke with Randy possible obstruction, though should eventually pull vacuum, possible bad compressor. Reordering compressor, will mark jig and Evap to bring back just in case.Did collect for jig as that was not collected for initially. "Checked over unit and found both sections not cooling found compressor running but not pumping any Freon to fridge or freezer, ran a diagnostics and unit would not go in found left side wire harness for deli draw broken causing issue with lights and going into a diagnostics cycle. Unplugged harness and unit went in, checked cooling and found unit low on a charge, replaced filter dryer and filled with 6.00 oz 134a checked cooling and unit is now cooling. Advised customer on unit may have a leak and will need to be monitored could not find any leak of of now advised if temp starts to drop then call back and we can checked again for leaking and go threw unit, as of now unit is cooling evaps are frosting up and working as designed customer is going to hold of on harness for now left unplugged"
