Customers complaint is top oven not heating to proper temps and lower oven works intermittently. Ohmed out all elements and found 27.5 ohms. Tested oven sensors and found 1082 at room temp. Preheating top oven to 350 found it cycling low and calibration set at 30 up. Called tech support and documented my findings. All parts have already been replaced recommend hard wiring the oven sensors with ceramic wire nuts. Hard wires sensors was given this SR# 7738400325 from tech support if problem continues customer to call warranty company as all options have been exhausted.

When I does run it continues to stutter and does not compact. It will stop after a few seconds of not being able to compact, a few a few minutes it will turn on by itself. I removed the top and front panel, there is nothing jammed or blocked and the switch seem to be in good condition. The unit needs a new motor, plate and switch to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair, they do not want to repair the unit. Cx complaint that the unit burners intermittently light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the burners take multiple attempts to light. The burners are in the correct position and the igniters work. The unit needs new burner heads to resolve the issue. "Some wobble in tub again, said had worked fine for a little bit.replaced with upgraded hub assy. suspension is weak, bouncing multiple times when tested. replaced suspension. In testing unit is making some grinding noises, actuator is loud and clicks, replaced actuator and cam. Still has one sound when in agitation and when basket is not under power, free spinning, like a contact clicking.Cannot isolate between motor and gear case, but collar on motor does have a bit of play and makes intermittent noise when moved. "Complaint of unit shaking during use. They had replaced tension rods and had worked better for a little while (month) but back to same issue. Basket is spinning freely no damage seen on underside of unit, actuator operation verified, no unusual sounds in spin. Was a bit unlevel front to back which I corrected and ran full spin empty. Operated fine. Ran rinse and spin with small load of towels. Once soaked, cancelled and ran spin cycle. Drains fine and started bouncing and banging badly in spin. Was spinning ok then just started bouncing up/down. With going through suspensions it looks like underlying issue is a gear case/bent shaft possible.Quoted for gear case/labor with understanding may need basket suspension. Denied repair. Collected for service call."
