Placed unit into a diagnostics cycle and cycled ice maker found ice maker cycling but not filling, checked valve and valve is getting 120v and cycling on but no water going into ice maker, found fill tube frozen on ice maker melted ice and cleared tube checked fill tube heater activation and heater is getting proper voltage and warming up tube. Filled ice maker and advised customer unit will take 24 hrs to fill bucket all operations are working to specs"

Customer complaint is that washer would not agitate or spin properly. Ran diagnostics and found error codes F0e5 off balance loads. F7e7 motor unable to reach target speed. F0e3 overloaded. F7e1 tachometer missing. F0e2 oversuds. Ran diagnostics cycle and washer did not agitate. Agitator turned with drum. During spin only agitator spun. Inspected underneath and found shield scraped. Removed drive pulley and inspected cam. All checked ok. Ran diagnostics test cycle again successfully.

Installed control board and cycled to temperature and tested fine.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not working at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The neutral wire at the spark module was loose, I secured the connector. I found the outlet has no power. I removed the rear panel to make sure all wires are in good condition. I checked power at the circuit breaker, all kitchen breakers are on. The outlet is connected to a GFCI that tripped. I reset the outlet, the unit is working as designed."

"Customer complained of unit sparking, showed plastic cover that had came off inner door found clear plastic between vent holes in cavity and where interior light is had melted on one side some also. Ran unit and no arching present. Found arc marks around where the rack sits meaning rack was in it when nothing was on it causing arc to rack supports. The arching Was coming from that. Called techline, techline said that plastic part under interior light is serviceable, clean interior as best you can, and touch up paint for the arch spots on rack supports. Tech line said issues come from user error and normal wear and tear. Sr#7738687323. Techline said that safety had already been notified of issue with report and if customer has any more questions or complaints to call safety for further information. While looking for part number for clear plastic Film that covers holes under interior light couldnt find it. Called tech line back and was informed by next tech line rep that that part is NOT serviceable. Customer said she doesnt want to get touch up paint and as long as unit works she is fine. Informed her to just cover food when using it and to leave rack out unless its being used to out something on it per owners Manuel. Customer was satisfied as long as it works. "Complaint dishwasher is not drying dishes. Dishes are still soaking wet at the end of the cycle so its the tub. I found F7 E1 error code in coming water too. Cold control is designed to disable heating element. If water temperature coming in is too cold I found incoming water temperature out of two different faucets is 100?. I found hot water tank set to low advise customer to raise gas hot water temperature to section a. Customer is 96 years old. We cannot adjust hot water tank due to safety issues. Also found no rinse agent has ever been used in dispenser ever advised, rinse agent usage. no further issues found after clearing code heater is working fine."

Natalies new door latch and then ran self test all checks ok.

Replaced part and unit running normal. Ran two diagnostic cycles and a spin cycle and all tested normal.

Complaint that the unit is leaving small particles of metal in the clothes after every wash. Ran a quick cycle with a clean shirt to see if theres any residue at the end. Removed the inner tub and verified the inside and all seems clear and no signs of metal shavings. No issues found with the washer.

Returned to install parts ordered by previous tech. Installed Ui control and control board. Ran service mode. All funtions working as defined. Showed customer how two step start works. Verified proper operation.

Customer complain of unit not washing not filling. Customer had a receipt from the place she bought it from but the receipt didnt have a model number. Informed customer she would need a receipt with the model number of the washer on it to prove that that washer was the one that was purchased on that date. Informed customer she would have to pay. She refused and said she will get a receipt from the company with the model number on it. Left call.
