"Checked and found that customer had a power outage during the storm and ice had melted water had run down into and around auger motor and cavity then frozen when power came back bowing chute and not letting ice bin go in properly. Disassembled, removed chute, coupler and auger motor. Cleared and ensured all ice was removed. Reassembled, cycled power to refrigerator. Entered diagnostics, ran ice maker test 44, ice maker cycled correctly. Ran valve test 45, valve activated and filled normally. All operating properly."

Tested unit and checked for errors found f0e4 spun limited to water temp to high f2e1 stuck key ran unit threw a self diagnostics test and found all functions going threw normally. Customer had been noticing water leaking from the front checked dispenser for fabric softener and found socks blocking drain causing an over flow removed and recalibrated unit advised customer if any water is still leaking to take a pic or video as of now water has no water leaking after removing socks and unit is working to specs

"Prior to removing old compressor, evacuated refrigerant, charged with nitrogen to 150psi, checked and found no pressure on low side. Pressures would not equalize. Removed suction line, attempted to blow out system, no flow from suction line. Removed drier from refrigeration loop. Have flow from heat loop but none from cap tube. Called tech line spoke to Bruce SR#7740041312 per his recommendation, put process fitting on cap tube, gradually pressurized to 250psi no flow through cap tube. Called back to tech line spoke to Derek, unit is being submitted for review for replacement."

When plugging in the breaker trips right away. Removed power cord off back of dryer and turned breaker on and it didnt trip. Hooked l2(red) and neutral up and left black wire off and turned breaker on and it stayed on. Measured continuity from each terminal on block to ground and black wire (L1) has continuity to ground causing direct short and breaker to trip. Unplugged heater and cycling thermostat and still grounded suspect timer is shorted.; rqstng P&A on 1 W10854240 (Timer)
