Customer complaint is that washer drain pump keeps running. Inspected and found air damn was blocked. Customer uses Tide Pods. Applied air through pressure hose and cleared blockage. Tested and washer checked ok.

Replaced filter housing filter housing bracket and water filter manifold. Tested and water filter is in properly and no leaks.

Customers complaint is the cubes in icemaker sticking together. Explained that ice bridging is normal. Customer also concerned with the light in fresh food section not lighting up the bottom pantry drawers. There is only a light at the top of fresh food section. There is no lights in bins or side walls. Customer to contact customer care.

"Found ice maker producing ice and working properly on arrival. Ran diagnostic test 56, no ice maker errors, ran test 57, ice maker cycled correctly, ran valve test 45, valve operating properly. Checked fill tube heater, tested good. Customer says that unit produced ice for approximately 2 weeks after previous call then stopped. Began producing again when power came back on after storm. Called tech line spoke to Brandon SR#7740077735, advised him of findings, checked freezer temperature. Running at 2 degrees F on top shelf of freezer, no issues with cooling. He said at this point there was nothing else to check or replace and unit is working correctly. Advised customer of tech line finding and suggested she contact Kitchenaid."

"Vent had come off after repair was completed. Vent was a bad mastic fitting to foil vent, had been fine in testing after repair, but came apart with plastic still on unit, foil vent came out of plastic fitting. Since vent had been removed for repair no additional charge. Secured vent back door n plastic fitting and added metal tape to make more secure. Tested fine and unit has been heating fine since repair."

"Cs son had not closed freezer all the ways and freezer filled with frost. Cs cleared out frost, removing back panel and using heat gun on evap. After it wasnt cooling properly and didnt seem to be cooling. 72 hours later everything got to temperature and running at temp on arrival. Set for -6 and 34, reset to 0 and 38.Temps measured to -10 in fr, 34 in rf with fans and compressor running. No explanation as to why it took so long to cool after full manual defrost, but everything working now."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.Complaint that unit has stopped cooling, sealed system work done end of May. Plugged in and compressor/ran for a couple of minutes then turned off. Return line had not gotten warm, but still me pressure in some system.Was in a defrost, came on again. Charged when th 1.4oz and checked all joints rear compartment and evaporator with leak detector bubbles, no leaks found. Return line is getting hot and unit cooling. Ordering new compressor/evaporator/drier as leak has not been identified and took several months since last repair to fail.Nitrogen tank did not have enough pressure to test over 150, so would test at 250 before replacing parts on return. "Complaint dryer is not drying clothing, clothing still damp at the end the cycle not sure if its heating properly. I found dryer is indeed heating properly I found washing machine is being overloaded, causing air restriction to occur inside of dryer leading to dryer performance issues. When customers husband does a small load, everything comes out perfectly. Install instruct fulfilled advise customer on maximum loading of washing machine and dryer."
