"Tested oven and found unit would not allow any selection machine would error out 1d11 runaway temp, placed unit in diagnostics and found error 1c2c keyboard tail disconnected went threw each diag and found control failure 3-6 on failure tests ohmed out oven temp sensor and found reading 1100 ohms witch is reading good. Replaced faulty control and heated oven to 350 degrees unit got to temp an is now operating to specs"

"Cx complaint that he is getting a power loss message occasionally when initially using the unit. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. The unit heats, tumbles and has good airflow. I called Techline to document the issue. He had me run multiple tests. He concluded that the UI had a weak connection causing the power failure issue. "Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well in either area. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The temps were set to 0/35, but they were 33/60. I found error codes: FaEb f4e1. I ran test 41 for the damper, it opened and closed fine. I ran test 89 for the defrost heater and waited 15min, no defrost occurred. The unit needs a new defrost heater and thermistors. Im ordering a compressor as well just in case there is a SS issues once taken apart.
