Power button is working very very intermittently light would not turn on on power button. The IM is getting 111v across L & N. I checked power at the emitter and receiver boards at the blue w/ yellow wire, both are receiving 124v. I called Techline to document the issue. They had me remove the receiver board and jump from blue w/ yellow & black w/ white, the IM received 124v. The receiver board is not sending the correct voltage. After verifying with Roger found unit running normal. Measured 1.03amps on compressor side and normal frost pattern on the evaporator side. No ice buildup found. Mentioned to the customer to keep it running and to keep an eye on the cooling for the next few days. Parts will be returned in my bin.

I suspect valve solenoid. Both hot and cold. Are cutting out in the middle of a cycle causing F8 E1 error code to display. No Longville area code. I checked drain hose. No issues with drain. I checked all other issues. Highly advised customer seriously cut back on soap usage, just filling the tub with no soap added was creating heavy siding advice customer to run a clean washer cycle multiple times as well. "Retuned to call and checked pressures, pressures normalise in ref section but then low side goes into deep vaccum. Too off cap tube on ref side evap to make sure no clog at braze point. Re brazed and found evap not clogged. Went to replace 3 way valve body. (Previous call unit started cooling at stopped. Found filter dryer clogged. Charged unit after installing new filter dryer and charged system, unit started cooling again and stopped again, ordered 3 way valve body thinking clog in 3way valve.) went to change 3 way valve and when moving filter dryer heard Freon escape from clog in 2nd new filter dryer. Took off shrader valve and found black suit like substance on filter dryer shrader valve. Called Randy he said its from old compressor burning something. Its whats causing unit to to clog filter driers. Called techline techline sending into review. Due to unit being contaminated . Sr#7738442231 someone will contact the customer in the near future."

"Replaced two front support rollers that were not turning, was able to clean one and put on rear and running smoother. Unit still makes some noise, older unit, but belt and pulley are good and tumbling properly.; used 1 NCI supports (Support rollers) from stock"

Replaced evap fan motor and steamed clear evaporator. Verified evap motor is blowing. Error no longer on display

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Intermittently stopping 5/10 minutes into cycle. Tested in normal with damp napkin in sensor , ran over 15 minutes with no issue. Explained how sensor works, that timed dry may be needed for small loads. Tested fine."

"Wash, clean, sanitize lights blinking, cs says he reset at breaker and same. No response any buttons.Disconnected/reconnected at junction box and started cycle as normal.Unit will not go into diagnostics. Flashing lights not listed as an error state. Heater measures 15ohms and measuring 7vac during cycle, but do not know at what point heater should kick on during cycle and not going into diagnostics is a failure. Voltage did change while monitoring, sometimes 10v sometimes 5, switching when other motors /valves running. Customer complaint is that washer was leaking. Inspected and found a sock in tub ring at fabric softener dispenser. Removed and tested. Washer checked ok.

Customer complaint is that washer agitator cap kept coming off during cycle and now it is cracked. Took pic. Ordered cap P&A. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11611671 (Agitator Cap)

Replaced cooktop and showed customer it works.
