I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I checked the suspension rods and springs, all are in good condition. The shipping bolts have been removed. I showed the cx the spin button and suggest putting it the highest speed to help balance the load during spin cycles. The unit is working as designed."

Lint filter clean with no obstructions. No obstructions on exhaust vent. Used vent test kit and vent test kit didnt pass when unit is hooked up to homes vent 3 out of 3 times. Checked outside and vent exhaust is opening from airflow and is not obstructed in any way and can feel decent airflow out of exhaust on outside of home. Ran vent test with unit not attached to exhaust line and test passed right away. 3 out of 3 times. Called tech line. Sr# 7738768063 tech line agreed unit working as designed, informed customer even though it was just cleaned have someone checks the structure of the exhaust line for possible issues or length issues. "Cx complaint that the units RF burner does not light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The other 3 burners work fine. The valve opens for the RF burner when the knob is turned, but only gas comes out there is no spark. Using a light the burner lights, however the other 3 igniters spark when the RF burner is lit. The burner heads screw on 3 burners are disintegrated and will need to be replaced if I remove them. The unit needs new burner heads, orifices holders and screws to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts and quoted the cx. I collected the service call fee by CC."

"Arrived, pulled refrigerator out. Compressor was running. Based on technicians notes from previous visit I used piercing valve to check refrigerant charge. Found unit had no refrigerant in system indicating a leak. Charged unit with nitrogen to 125 psi let sit for 30 minutes. No observable loss of pressure. Checked evaporator coil, very slight discoloration at tube connection. No leaks showing using bubble solution. Believe unit has very small leak in evaporator. Evacuated nitrogen, installed access valve. Pulled vacuum and weighed in correct refrigerant charge. Compressor operating and cooling at this time. Ordering evaporator coil. Will install all parts on return visit.; ordrng 1 W11256565 (Evaporator)"

Asked customer what dish detergent they were using, he said they were out right now but just regular stuff. Kept unit running through cycle and watched for leaks. No leaks from vent for dispenser. Informed customer to check for suds and run clean wash cycle with afresh cleaner. And to make sure dishes are arranged properly to not cause issues with water being directed towards door.
