Ran a calibrated cycle and found unit clinking and clunking wile sensing and when switching cycles, checked transmission and found oil leaking and shaft had dropped causing unit to clunk and clank. Tested and ran diagnostics, found F0E2 oversuds error and F9E1 long drain error. Tested and found drain pump running but not draining. Believe screen is clogged but cant access. Advised customer that he will either have to get unit unstacked or I will need to have a second technician. Customer got unit unstacked while I was there. Disassembled washer, removed and replaced pressure switch and cleaned drain pump screen. Reassembled, plugged back in, tested, draining and operating properly. Customer will get unit restocked."

The cold water valve appears restricted where as the hot water wash vas cold water wash fills significantly with more water. Customer will need to have the stacked unit pulled out, and the washing machine made accessible for service technician. The washer has a dryer stacked on top secured with a stacking kit. The washer sits below a hard wood floor and will need to be lifted up and out on to the floor and shimmied out from the wall in order to access the back side to remove the dryer. Dryer will need to be moved to the kitchen area or outside in order to have enough space in order to service the washing machine. Customer will call to schedule follow up appointment when washing machine is made accessible for service technician.; saved tckt"

Complaint that the refrigerator is not keeping proper temperature. Customer mentioned that a few weeks ago there was a good amount of ice buildup on both freezer and refrigerator sides. After having the unit unplugged for a few days and starting it up and running for 10+ days. Temperature seems to be ok. Ran diagnostic cycle found error code 24E. Verified all tests and all seems normal. Explained to the customer that the fridge no longer have parts available and to keep and eye on the cooling. "Tested unit and found customer had touched unit and it had burned them, heated unit to 350 degrees and found center back of oven getting super hot to touch where it could burn you and back of control panel super hot. Checked venting end found vent attached and heat going out of venting, wile checking found under console edges so sharp they could cut you took pics also under cooktop super sharp. Customer was advised we needed to come look at unit and if anything could be done we could fix it but everything is operating normally unit is just getting hot and is normal operation. Customer is in contact with where purchased and they will need to get unit swapped out or a new model given unit is making customer nervous with how hot its getting. They where told unit would be replaced or refunded after we checked it"
