Complaint loud noise all the time. I found ice ball had formed around evaporator fan motor I found cause of ice ball was due to ice maker fill tube leaking. Also unit keeps defrosting and refreezing unit is Located in the garage hi humidity and temps are causing evaporator core frost pattern to go only slightly past 3/4 of the way up the core. Compressor is working great frost pattern at the bottom is extremely thick and does not melt quickly when touched. Advised customer unit should be in a dehumidified environment between set climate control conditions. Per use and care guide.
