I found broken harness going to drain pump I replaced harness then performed a control board calibration cycle calibration failed error code displaying f1e1 error acu control failure, f2e3 acu/ui mismatch. I cleared codes re-performed calibration again same codes am ordering control and ui to fix. Also found hot valve solonoid is buzzing extremely loud during calibration cycle. Motor will agitate a quarter of a spin during calibration before failing. Unit has proper incoming voltages 124.8vac black white 0 white ground 124.8 black ground.; ordrng 1 W11513255 (Valve) and 1 W11513246 (Control) and 1 W11481116 (Control), used 1 W11643701 (HARNESS LOWER) from stock"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. They have corrected hot fill line issue, but are still getting errors when running unit believe it was Lf. Only error in history is F8e1, long fill. In testing it filled fine with hot and cold, disconnected lines and verified good pressure at each. Ran quick wash in a mixed temp setting, went through fill and into wash fine. Ran for 30 minutes with no errors. With an intermittent error that looks to be a filling error. Ordering valves, pressure sensor and pressure hose.Advised cs they would need to pull dryer down so we have access to washer for repair.; ordrng 1 W11316246 (Pressure sensor) and 1 W11456953 (Hose) and 1 W11688995 (Cold valve assy) and 1 W11316255 (Hot valve)"

"Cs had turned unit off to let defrost prior to arrival so off and completely thawed on arrival. Said unit had frosted over again after last repair in which the control was replaced, called the n water Nader 30 days. Measured 37 ohms on heater, 2.1k on thermistor. Will not turn on again, no response holding temp setting button ( supposed to turn off/on holding for 3s. Disconnected harness, reattached and came on properly. Compressor/ fans operating and evap getting cold. 1.5k & 3k ohm resistance on thermistors at board (1.5 evap, 3 for fr temp sensor.Per wiring diagram control only part in charge of defrost and evap thermistor and heating element ohm out fine. Will order control again as still under 30 since replaced with no additional charge. If issues continue possible issue with thermistors being off but not out of range.No applicable service pointers found. Office to contact when parts come in to schedule return.; ordrng 1 W11382528 (Control)"

Ran Quick wash cycle, unit filled and agitated normally. Cancelled cycle, washer drained. Washer operating as designed. Instructed customer on correcting out of balance condition and that if not corrected washer will stop and shut down. I&I now fulfilled.Confirmed purchase date and adjusted on ticket. I found when issue occurred. It also took out the drain pump unit will need drain pump to continue to fix. "Cs complaint of making loud noise and of leaking, unit did neither in testing. Ran normal cycle through fill and into wash. Let one through first drain and all working properly. Verified spray arm movement and no leaking found. No errors in history and ran diagnostic cycle fine. Unit has good air loop in drain and drains directly to sink drain line. Verified heater working and filter a little clogged, cleaned. Fan operation by also. No problem found. Leak may have been dish placement, but all functions testing fine.All in all was running over 20 minutes with no issue"
