Cx complaint that the unit is making a rattling noise while it runs. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the right rear roller was loose. The triangle lock pice was not in place allowing the wheel to move a lot. I secured the triangle piece and test d the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Quoted customer on new UI and mullion plus labor. Water droplets collected at UI from moisture buildup and panel is not responsive. Sent quote customer will think about it.

Found dishwasher not level and the top of door hitting countertop. The installer was using the door to secure the dishwasher because there are no mounting brackets on top of dishwasher fastened to countertop the dishwasher is tilting forward. Also the dishwasher front legs are on shims and the left front leg was not on at all. I put leg back on shim and leveled off dishwasher. I have run test cycle on dishwasher and no components are leaking or showing any signs of leakage. I advised the customer the dishwasher has to be mounted properly or it will continue to tilt forward and the left leg could come off shim dropping left front down causing a possible leak.this will be a install and instruct one time education. Found a lot of soap in dishwasher removed all excessive soap from tub advised customer to cut soap in half. "Found left front side of fridge was raised much higher than right. Upon inspection I found the floor is not level allowing the fridge to bobble around and not fit securely to the floor, that is why its raised so high on one side.I advised customer of the situation with the floor by pulling out the fridge and showing her it was stable on that part of the floor and when pushed back to its resting place the bobbling started again. F6E2 communication error. Could not run diagnostics cycle or calibration. Could not run any cycles at all only have access to error codes. Quoted customer on new UI panel and install and he decided to go with a new washer.

Put some clothes in washer Then put into diagnostics and there were no fault codes present. So I put unit on normal cold wash load and found cold water solenoid completely stopped up with debris. To much in there so I just replaced water valve part# W11165546. I also calibrated the tub to make sure it was sensing proper weight. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete); used 1 W11165546 (Water valve) from stock

Customer complained of left front burner cutting off and the right front burner when on and set to high or low the back right burner continued to spark. Customer said none of the others were sparking just that one. I NEVER got the problem to duplicate itself while I was in the home. I told the customer since the unit was brand new and she was nervous about the situation I told her we would go ahead and replace the spark module. Found unit running and cooling. This indicates that the compressor is functioning correctly and not locked up. DID NOT INSTALL COMPRESSOR. Replaced main control due to temperature fluctuations in the freezer. Refrigerator temperatures are okay and consistent.
