I leveled unit best I could due to a very unlevel floor. I also noticed infestation (see pics) at this time we can not do anymore to level machine. "Cx complaint that the unit is not drying the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e1. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. The unit progressed through the service cycle with no issues. I checked to see if heat was produced at the end of the cycle, no heat was produced and I seen damage on the heater element. The element will need to be replaced. The pump filter is deformed as well. It does not sit in position correctly preventing the spray arm from spinning, because it makes contact with the pump filter. The element and pump filter need to be replaced to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W10518394 (Heater element) and 1 W10872845 (Pump filter)"

Unable to verify complaint. No smell at this time. Cycled unit and verified proper operation. Still no smell after running cycle. Noticed water is cloudy even with no soap or rinseaid present. Possible water supply issue. Also noticed unit appeared to be draining slowly at first. After draining a few times drain line opened up and unit is draining properly. Possible drainage issue. All functions check ok at this time. Nothing we can do about smells.
